University of Exeter Medical School

St Luke's Campus is a small university campus which is part of the University of Exeter. The School of Sport and Health Sciences, the Graduate School of Education, and the Medical School are all based at St Luke's. St Luke's is also home to the Children's Health and Exercise Research Centre (CHEREC). The centre, part of the School of Sport and Health Sciences, was awarded the Queen's Anniversary Prize for higher education in recognition of its eminence in paediatric physiology. This made CHEREC the first receiver of the award in sport science research.

Exeter Tutorial College is a small private school and sixth form located in Exeter, Devon, England. The school was founded in 1984 and withdrew from OFSTED in 2020. Prior to the OFSTED file closing, the school offers a selection of A level subjects taught over one year for students hoping to improve their existing results, as well as GCSEs and English for overseas students. The College plans to reopen in September 2021.

The Heavitree Hospital (currently branded as the Royal Devon and Exeter Hospital (Heavitree)) is a hospital currently operated by the Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust, as a satellite site of the Royal Devon and Exeter Hospital with its main site a short distance away at Wonford. The hospital started as the Exeter Workhouse, and was also known as the Exeter City Hospital.

St Wilfrid's School is a private and non-selective day school for girls and boys aged 3–16 in the city of Exeter in Devon, England. The school has been in existence for over 140 years following the education act of 1870. Their motto is "The little school with a big personality".

The Maynard School is an independent and selective day school for girls aged 4–18 in the city of Exeter in Devon. Founded in 1658, the school is the second oldest girls' school in the country, only predated by the Redmaids' High School in Bristol (1634). Its previous mission statement under Ms. Hughes was 'Imagine, Aspire, Achieve' and has changed more recently to #Madeforgirls.

Exeter School is a private co-educational day school for pupils between the ages of 4 and 18 in Exeter, Devon, England. In 2019, there were around 200 pupils in the Junior School and 700 in the Senior School.

Belmont Park (also called Belmont Pleasure Grounds) is a public park in Exeter, England. Opened to the public in 1886 as a children's play area, it was subsequently enlarged for the use of the general public.

Livery Dole in Exeter, Devon, is an ancient triangular site between what is today Heavitree Road and Magdalen Road, in the eastern suburbs of Exeter. It was most notoriously used as a place for executions, and has contained an almshouse and chapel since 1591.

Mount Radford School was a private day and boarding school for boys in Exeter, Devon, England. It was also historically known as Mount Radford College, and was sometimes referred to as The Exeter Public School. This is not to be confused with Exeter School, which has no connection to this school.

Devon County Council is the county council administering the English county of Devon. Based in the city of Exeter, the council covers the non-metropolitan county area of Devon. Members of the council (councillors) are elected every four years. Almost all councillors are members of the major national political parties. The population of the area administered by the council was estimated at 795,286 in 2018, making it the largest local authority in South West England. Devon is an area with "two-tier" local government, meaning that the county is divided into non-metropolitan districts carrying out less strategic functions, such as taking most planning decisions. In Devon there are eight such districts, each with its own district, borough, or city council. Devon County Council does not provide services to Torbay or Plymouth; whilst both are deemed to form part of the wider ceremonial county of Devon, they are unitary authorities, independent from the county council.

Devon County Hall is a municipal building in Topsham Road, Exeter, Devon, England. The building, which is the headquarters of Devon County Council, is a Grade II* listed building.

St Paul's Church, Burnthouse Lane was a church in Exeter, Devon. The church, vicarage and hall were subject to acts of vandalism and arson. The decision was made to redevelop the site to provide social housing.
