Tophill Low

Struncheon Hill Lock was built as a later addition to the Driffield Navigation in the East Riding of Yorkshire, England. It improved access to the next section of water during low tide conditions where the navigation meets the tidal River Hull. It is sometimes known as "Top Hill Low", which is the name of the large pumping station located there.

Beverley/Linley Hill had a CAA Ordinary Licence (Number P762) that allowed flights for the public transport of passengers or for flying instruction as authorised by the licensee (Hull Aero Club Limited). The aerodrome was not licensed for night use. The aerodrome ceased to be licensed in 2011.In January 2023 a planning application was approved by the East Riding of Yorkshire Council for a new hanger and facilities.

Hempholme is a hamlet in the civil parish of Brandesburton, in Holderness, in the East Riding of Yorkshire, England. It is situated approximately 8 miles (13 km) north-east of Beverley town centre, and 1 mile (1.6 km) east of the Driffield Navigation.

Rotsea is a hamlet and former civil parish, now in the parish of Hutton Cranswick, in the East Riding of Yorkshire, England. It is situated approximately 4.5 miles (7.2 km) south-east of Driffield and 2.5 miles (4 km) south-west of North Frodingham. In 1931 the parish had a population of 29. The parish recreation ground, which is home to all Hutton Cranswick football teams including the successful Hutton Cranswick United football club, is based near to Rotsea and the ground is known as Rotsea Lane.

Burshill is a hamlet in the East Riding of Yorkshire, England. It is situated approximately 7 miles (11 km) north-east of the market town of Beverley. It forms part of the civil parish of Brandesburton.

Emmotland is a small hamlet in the East Riding of Yorkshire, England. It forms part of the civil parish of North Frodingham. The hamlet consists of two farms at the end of a small access road. West Beck joins the Driffield Navigation at Emmotland.

West Beck is the common name given to the upper section of the old River Hull, as it rises in the foothills of the Yorkshire Wolds. After reaching Frodingham Beck at Emmotland, it becomes called the River Hull. It is noteworthy for being the most northerly chalk stream in England. It provides fly fishing for wild brown trout and grayling.

A nine-year-old dressage horse, Faldo, trained for nine months at Wilfholme, was bought in 2010 by the production company for Steven Spielberg's film War Horse to play one of the film's two horses in the role of Topthorn.In 2010 local farmers expressed concern at the Environment Agency's possible decision to stop maintaining water pumping stations and flood banks at Wilfholme, Tickton and Hempholme, which they felt would increase the risk of flooding to arable and urban areas. In 2009 the Agency had reverted plans to end this maintenance, a decision supported by local Beverley and Holderness MP Graham Stuart.

Fisholme is a small area in the East Riding of Yorkshire, England that is situated between Brigham and Emmotland. The canal section of the Driffield Navigation leaves Frodingham Beck at this point.

Aike ( ) is a hamlet and former civil parish, now in the parish of Lockington, in the East Riding of Yorkshire, England. The hamlet is centred around a single developed street, which lies to the east of the Yorkshire Wolds. Aike is approximately 4 miles (6 km) north of Beverley and approximately 0.4 miles (1 km) from the west bank of the River Hull. It is approached by a 2.5-mile (4 km) lane which is a no-through road that does not continue beyond the village, although a farm track continues as far as a bridge across the Beverley and Barmston Drain. In 1931 the parish had a population of 48.
