Caffè Vita Coffee Roasting Company, commonly known as Caffè Vita, is an American coffee roasting company based in Seattle, Washington. Part of the third wave of coffee movement, it has been named one of 10 places offering "the best coffee in America."Caffè Vita was founded in Seattle's Queen Anne neighborhood in 1995 by Mike McConnell. McConnell was an early proponent of developing direct relationships with coffee farmers and bypassing the fair trade of coffee, thus pioneering the Farm Direct movement. On January 1 of 2020, local restaurant mogul Deming Maclise — who has opened prominent places such as Poquitos, Stoneburner, and Rhein Haus — took over ownership at Caffe Vita.

The Kelly-Springfield Motor Truck Co. Building is a building in Seattle, in the U.S. state of Washington. The building has been designated a city landmark, and has been expanded to include additional office space.

The Woods is a bar and event space on Seattle's Capitol Hill, in the U.S. state of Washington. Owned by Joey Burgess and Murf Hall, the business operates in the space previously occupied by Grim's Provisions and Spirits, which had an upstairs dance club called The Woods. The current iteration of The Woods has hosted pop-ups, including Christmas Dive Bar in 2023 and Mystic Motel in 2024. The former was deemed one of the best holiday pop-up bars in the country by Tasting Table.

Queer Bar (stylized as Queer/Bar) is a bar catering to the queer community in Seattle's Capitol Hill neighborhood, in the United States. Queer Bar hosts drag shows regularly.

Purr Cocktail Lounge was a gay bar and nightclub in Seattle, in the U.S. state of Washington. The video bar operated on Capitol Hill from 2005 to 2017, when it relocated to Montlake. Purr hosted events and activities ranging from drag shows and karaoke to viewing parties for elections and television shows. Magazines Out and Out Traveler included the venue in their lists of the world's 200 "greatest" gay bars. Purr closed in 2018.
