Østre Bolæren

Bolærne is an archipelago in Færder Municipality in Vestfold county, Norway. Bolærne is located in the Oslofjord about 5 kilometres (3.1 mi) east of the large island of Nøtterøy. Today, there are no longer any permanent residents of the islands. The archipelago is located inside Færder National Park, which was established in 2013.It is made up of three main islands plus about 40 smaller islets and skerries. Together, the islands include about 2.6 square kilometres (1.0 sq mi) of land. The largest island, Mellom Bolæren, covers 1.1 square kilometres (0.42 sq mi). The easternmost island is Østre Bolæren, which measures 0.6 square kilometres (150 acres). The islands are hilly and forested. The islands have been inhabited by fishermen from the 16th century. The islands were taken over by the Norwegian military in 1916 and a coastal fortress existed on the island from 1916 to 2002 when it was closed. In 2006 the military sold the islands to Vestfold county and later they became owned by Færder Municipality.

Vallø Church (Norwegian: Vallø kirke) is a parish church of the Church of Norway in Tønsberg Municipality in Vestfold county, Norway. It is located in the village of Vallø. It is one of the churches for the Søndre Slagen parish which is part of the Tønsberg domprosti (deanery) in the Diocese of Tunsberg. The gray, wooden church was built in a long church design in 1782 using plans drawn up by the architects Johan Christian Hvoslef and Jacob Smith. The church seats about 246 people.

The 1.28-square-kilometre (320-acre) village has a population (2023) of 1,582 and a population density of 1,232 inhabitants per square kilometre (3,190/sq mi).

Oterbekk is a village in Færder Municipality in Vestfold county, Norway. The village is located on the southeastern coast of the island of Nøtterøy. The village is located about 2 kilometres (1.2 mi) to the northwest of the village of Årøysund, about 1.5 kilometres (0.93 mi) to the north of the village of Torød, and about 1 kilometre (0.62 mi) to the southeast of the village of Hårkollen. The village of Oterbekk and the surrounding countryside has a population (in 2023) of 747. It is considered to be part of the urban city of Tønsberg metropolitan area which includes the central city area plus the northern and eastern parts of the island of Nøtterøy.

Føynland is a populated island in Nøtterøy municipality, Norway. Two bridges connect the island to Nøtterøy in the west and Husøy in Tønsberg municipality to the east.

Søndre Slagen Church (Norwegian: Søndre Slagen kirke) is a parish church of the Church of Norway in Tønsberg Municipality in Vestfold county, Norway. It is located in the town of Tønsberg. It is one of the churches for the Søndre Slagen parish which is part of the Tønsberg domprosti (deanery) in the Diocese of Tunsberg. The white, concrete church was built in a long church design in 1972 using plans drawn up by the architect Olav Stoud Platou who worked for the architectural firm of Arnstein Arneberg. The church seats about 350 people.
