Telopea is a suburb of Greater Western Sydney, in the state of New South Wales, Australia. Telopea is located 23 kilometres north-west of the Sydney central business district, in the local government area of the City of Parramatta. The suburb is bordered by Kissing Point Road to the south and Pennant Hills Road to the north.

Telopea railway station was a railway station in Sydney, Australia, that was opened in 1925. It is located on the Carlingford line, and served the suburb of Telopea. It was served by Sydney Trains T6 Carlingford line services. The Carlingford railway line closed on 5 January 2020, and the station was demolished in May of that year

St. Patrick's Marist College (abbreviated as SPMC) is an independent Roman Catholic co-educational secondary day school in the tradition of the Marist Brothers located in Dundas, New South Wales, Australia. The college was founded by the Marist Brothers as a primary school catering for boys at Harrington Street in The Rocks in 1872. This leaves the college with the distinction of being the oldest school in Australia under the charge of the teaching Brothers and marks it as Australia's first Marist school. It is also one of the nation's oldest Catholic secondary schools. The College moved to its current site in 1962 and as of today, it provides education for approximately 1,000 students from Year 7 to Year 12. The college is a member of the Association of Marist Schools of Australia (AMSA) and the Metropolitan Catholic Schools. It is administered by the Catholic Education Office of the Diocese of Parramatta.

Dundas railway station, originally Kissing Point Road railway station, is a heritage-listed former railway station in Sydney, Australia, that was open between 1896 and 2020 and was located on the Carlingford line, serving the suburb of Dundas.

The American International School of Sydney was an international school located in Epping, Sydney, New South Wales, Australia.The school operated, in part, under the sponsorship of the United States Ambassador to Australia and awarded the American High School Diploma, which all graduates received upon completion of their studies. The school closed in 2009 due to low enrolments, and attempted to obtain finance to reopen in 2012.

Model Farms High School is a public high school in Baulkham Hills, a suburb in northwest Sydney, New South Wales. The school is named so because the area was set up to demonstrate farming practices to convicts and others who wished to start a farm when the first settlers arrived. The school was built and established in 1975.

James Ruse Agricultural High School (colloquially known as Ruse or JR) is a government-funded co-educational academically selective and specialist secondary day school, located in the Sydney suburb of Carlingford, New South Wales, Australia, known for being the highest academically ranked high school in Australia. The school is one of four New South Wales Government agricultural high schools. The school is especially noted for its academic excellence, ranking 1st out of all New South Wales high schools in 2022 for the 32nd consecutive year since 1991, as well as 1st in the national government NAPLAN tests across Australia since their establishment.There are approximately 835 students enrolled at James Ruse in Year 7 through to Year 12. James Ruse is an academically selective high school; admission to James Ruse in Year 7 is only through the Selective High Schools Test, which is open to all Year 6 NSW students. A small number of students from other high schools are accepted in Year 9, 10 and 11, through application made directly to the school. In 2019, approximately 97% of the student population came from a language background other than English.
