The Bank of Lafourche Building, also known as the Oil & Gas Building, is a historic commercial building located at 206 Green Street in Thibodaux, Louisiana. Built in 1897, the building is a two-story brick Italianate style commercial building with marble facade. The Lafourche Parish Courthouse is a historic building located at 200 Green Street in Thibodaux, Louisiana. It serves as the courthouse for Lafourche Parish, Louisiana. Built in 1858, the structure was "remodeled" in 1903 and 1959. It was designed in the Beaux-Arts architectural style by New Orleans architects Favrot & Livaudais.It has been listed on the National Register of Historic Places since August 21, 1979.

The Grand Theatre was a historic theatre building located at 401 Green Street in Thibodaux, Louisiana. Built in the 1920s, the building was a two-story Classical Revival commercial building with a pilastered front. It had a large open auditorium with a second story gallery over the lobby. The Citizens Bank of Lafourche, also known as the Citizens Finance Corporate Building, is a historic commercial building located at 413 West 4th Street in Thibodaux, Louisiana. Built in 1910, the building is a single-story brick commercial building in Beux-Arts style. The hall is surmounted by a rectangular domical vault with a stained glass lantern. The Dansereau House, also known as the Caldwell Home, is a historic mansion located at 506 St. Philip Street in Thibodaux, Louisiana. The first floor was built in 1845–47 for James A. Scudday. It was purchased by Canadians, the Dansereau family, after the American Civil War of 1861–1865. A second floor was added for its new owner, Dr Hercules Dansereau, in 1875. The house was repurposed as a bed and breakfast by its owner, Democratic Representative Damon Baldone, in 2010.The property was designed by architect Henri Thiberge in the Italianate style, with a Second Empire roof. It has been listed on the National Register of Historic Places since November 21, 1978.

Built before the Civil War, the two-story brick commercial building features gable parapets and a wooden front gallery. The front gallery features Ionic columns on brick bases. Frost House is a historic house located at 612 St. Philip Street in Thibodaux. Originally built in 1912 for H.W. Frost as a three-story structure, the building was reduced to its present form in c.1916 by Mrs. Frost, which inherited the house after her husband death. It's a one-and-one-half story Colonial Revival frame residence raised on tall brick piers.The house was added to the National Register of Historic Places on August 6, 2008.
