Clock Knot is an outdoor painted steel sculpture by Mark di Suvero, installed on the University of Texas at Austin campus, in Austin, Texas, United States. The approximately 40-foot (12 m) sculpture was installed along Dean Keeton Street in 2007.

The J.T. Patterson Labs Building (PAT) is a building on the University of Texas at Austin campus, in the U.S. state of Texas. The building was completed in 1967.

The Cockrell School of Engineering is one of the eighteen colleges within the University of Texas at Austin. It has more than 8,000 students enrolled in eleven undergraduate and thirteen graduate programs. The college is ranked 10th in the world according to the Academic Ranking of World Universities, 11th nationally for undergraduate programs and 10th nationally for graduate programs by U.S. News & World Report. Monochrome for Austin is an outdoor sculpture by Nancy Rubins, installed outside the Hackerman Building on the University of Texas at Austin campus, in the U.S. state of Texas. The 50-foot-tall work was installed in 2015 as part of the university's Landmarks public art program.

Clark Field, originally known as Varsity Athletic Field, was a stadium on the campus of the University of Texas at Austin. Clark Field hosted the Texas Longhorns football and track teams until they moved to the newly constructed Memorial Stadium in 1924. It also hosted the Texas baseball team until it moved to the second Clark Field in 1928 and the Texas Longhorns men's basketball team until it moved next door to the new Men's Gym in 1917. The stadium opened in 1887 on part of the land at the southeast corner of 24th Street and Speedway At its peak of activity, the facility's wooden bleachers held 20,000 spectators. In 1904 it was named after former University of Texas regent, James Benjamin Clark.In 1923, UT athletics director L. Theo Bellmont secured approval from the University's Board of Regents for construction of a permanent concrete stadium as a dual-purpose facility for the Texas football and track teams. Memorial Stadium, completed the following year, was built a short distance to the southeast of Clark Field. Following the 1927 baseball season, the University decided to develop the land and construct the Engineering Building, Taylor Hall, on the site of Clark Field, and the baseball team moved a short distance east to the second Clark Field.From 1896 to 1924 Texas Football had a 135-23-3 record at Clark Field.

Burdine Hall is a building on the University of Texas at Austin campus, in the U.S. state of Texas. The classroom and office building is named after J. Alton Burdine, a former dean of the University of Texas College of Arts and Sciences, and has previously been referred to as the North Campus Classroom-Office. The hall reportedly cost $2.1 million and has previously housed the departments of anthropology, government, and sociology, as well as student financial aid offices. There is a local urban legend that the layout of the building's windows was intended to resemble a computer punched card. The Robert A. Welch Hall (abbreviated WEL) is a building located on the University of Texas at Austin campus in Austin, Texas, United States.

The Gates-Dell Complex (Bill and Melinda Gates Computer Science Complex and Dell Hall, abbreviated to GDC) is a building that houses the Computer Science department at the University of Texas at Austin. It was designed by Pelli Clarke Pelli, and completed in 2013 at a cost of $120 million. The building is named after Bill and Melinda Gates, and Susan and Michael Dell, who donated $30 million and $10 million, respectively, to the construction of the building. The complex is organized into a north building and a south building, connected by a large glass atrium and a series of bridges.

Circle with Towers is a concrete block 2005/2012 sculpture by American artist Sol LeWitt, installed outside the Bill and Melinda Gates Computer Science Complex on the University of Texas at Austin campus in Austin, Texas, United States. Previously, the artwork was installed in Madison Square Park; the university's public art program, Landmarks, purchased the sculpture from the Madison Square Park Conservancy.

Painter Hall (formerly the Physics Building) is an academic building located on the University of Texas at Austin campus. Named after Theophilus Painter, the building was constructed in 1933, expanded in 1957 and remodeled in 1974.

The Jackson School of Geosciences at The University of Texas at Austin unites the Department of Geological Sciences with two research units, the Institute for Geophysics and the Bureau of Economic Geology. The Jackson School is both old and new. It traces its origins to a Department of Geology founded in 1888 but became a separate unit at the level of a college only on September 1, 2005. The school's formation resulted from gifts by the late John A. and Katherine G. Jackson initially valued at $272 million. The school's endowment as of December 31, 2015 is $442.3 million.Dr. Claudia Mora is the Dean of the Jackson School of Geosciences.
