The Auerbach Center

The TRACK at New Balance is a 455,000 square foot facility housing a track and field stadium located near Boston Landing station in Boston Massachusetts. Construction began in April 2019 and the facility opened in 2022. The facility was designed by architecture firm Elkus Manfredi and was a finalist for the 2023 World Architecture News Awards in the leisure category.The facility includes a 200 meter hydraulically-banked track and allows space for 5,000 spectators. There's also 24,000 square feet dedicated athletes warming-up, a separate live music entertainment venue for up to 3,500 people, and a 20,000 square foot sports research lab. The track can also be converted to space for basketball and volleyball courts as well as turf fields.

Warrior Arena is an ice hockey arena and practice facility in Brighton, Boston, Massachusetts. The arena is part of a larger mixed-use development being constructed by New Balance at Boston Landing that includes the headquarters of New Balance and that will also include shops, a hotel and the practice facility for both the Boston Bruins and a separate one for the Boston Celtics next door (The Auerbach Center). The arena is named after New Balance's Warrior Sports brand, which is the brand New Balance uses for their hockey products. Warrior Arena is the home arena of the Boston Pride of the Premier Hockey Federation and the practice facility of the Boston Bruins of the National Hockey League who moved in from Harvard University's Bright-Landry Hockey Center, and Ristuccia Ice Arena in Wilmington, Massachusetts respectively.Public transit to the facility is via the MBTA Boston Landing station, a station on the MBTA Commuter Rail system's Framingham/Worcester Line. Groundbreaking took place in December 2014, with the completed facility hosting its grand opening on September 8, 2016.

The Roadrunner is a concert venue in the Brighton neighborhood of Boston, Massachusetts. Since its opening on March 15, 2022, the Roadrunner has been the largest general admission concert venue in New England, with a capacity of 3,500. The venue is named after Jonathan Richman's song "Roadrunner".

The Brighton Stock Yards were stockyards located in Brighton, Boston. It operated across Market Street from the Brighton Abattoir, as cattle would be loaded into rail cars of the Boston and Albany Railroad and transported west.

The Arsenal Street Bridge is a bridge connecting Arsenal Street in Watertown, Massachusetts to Western Avenue in Allston, Boston, Massachusetts. It was built in 1925 by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Metropolitan District Commission. The bridge and street are named for the nearby Watertown Arsenal. Western Avenue later crosses the Charles River again into Cambridge, Massachusetts over the Western Avenue Bridge.

The Charles River Reservation (Speedway)-Upper Basin Headquarters (Speedway Headquarters) is located at the corner of Western Avenue and Soldiers Field Road in the Brighton neighborhood of Boston, Massachusetts. It is a complex of seven buildings designed by architect William D. Austin in the Shingle and Colonial Revival styles and built between 1899 and 1940. The site served as the headquarters of the State-managed Charles River Reservation and as horse stables for the Charles River Speedway, a harness and bicycle racing track along present-day Soldiers Field Road. The Massachusetts Department of Conservation and Recreation (DCR) owns the Speedway Headquarters and considers it to be one of its origin properties. Vacant since 2005, the property was redeveloped as a mixed-use commercial and cultural facility beginning in 2019 under DCR's Historic Curatorship Program by the Boston-based Architectural Heritage Foundation. The Speedway opened in 2021.

The Brighton Abattoir was a slaughterhouse located in Brighton, Boston. It operated across Market Street from the Brighton Stock Yards, as cattle would be located into rail cars of the Boston and Albany Railroad and transported west from the yards.The abattoir was established in 1872 and closed in 1957. Its original buildings were designed by the Boston architect Abel C. Martin.

Saint Joseph Preparatory High School, formerly the Mount Saint Joseph Academy, is a Catholic, college-preparatory high school founded in 2012 in Brighton, Boston, Massachusetts. This followed the 2012 closings of Mount Saint Joseph Academy and Trinity Catholic High School. The school occupies Mount Saint Joseph Academy's former campus, and both institutions were named in honor of Saint Joseph. In February 2023, the school announced it would close the end of the academic year.

Boston Landing station is an MBTA Commuter Rail station in Boston, Massachusetts, United States. It serves the Framingham/Worcester Line. It is located in the Brighton neighborhood just west of the Everett Street bridge, next to the Massachusetts Turnpike. It serves the Allston-Brighton area as well as the Boston Landing development including Warrior Ice Arena. The station is fully accessible, with a single full-length high-level island platform. Elevators and stairs lead to Arthur Street and to the Everett Street bridge. The station, which was officially announced on June 7, 2012, is the result of discussions dating back to 1998. It was then projected to cost $16 million and to serve as many as 2400 daily riders by 2030. It is an infill station, since commuter rail trains passed frequently on existing tracks through the site. In November 2012, New Balance announced their intention to open the station in 2014. However, in May 2014, the expected opening was pushed back to the fall of 2016. The new station is being financed by New Balance under a public-private partnership agreement. Prior to a May 2013 renaming, the proposed station project was known as New Brighton Landing. A groundbreaking ceremony for the $20 million station was held on May 12, 2015. The station opened on May 22, 2017.

Engine House No. 34 is a historic fire station at 444 Western Avenue near the corner of Waverly Street in the Brighton neighborhood of Boston, Massachusetts. The station, a 2+1⁄2-story brick and brownstone structure, was designed by Charles Bateman and built in 1888. It is one of a small number of Richardson Romanesque structures in the neighborhood, and features an engine entrance recessed behind a large round arch set asymmetrically on the main facade. The roof is gabled, although it has a hipped section above, with a large hipped projection to the left.The building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1985.

St. Elizabeth's Medical Center (SEMC) (more often called St. Elizabeth's Hospital, its former name, or its nickname, St. E's) is a large medical facility and teaching hospital in the Brighton neighborhood of Boston, Massachusetts. It is part of Steward Health Care System, the second largest health care system in New England which was founded in 2012, and is a teaching hospital for the Boston University School of Medicine. Besides advanced capabilities in inpatient and outpatient care, SEMC's research laboratories are active centers of investigation in such areas as cardiology, gastroenterology, neurology, hematology and oncology. The hospital traces its history to 1868 when five Catholic women started the hospital to care for sick immigrant women and as a place of shelter for retired and feeble women in domestic service. By 1882 the hospital served patients of any gender, and in 1914, the first hospital building was built at the facility's current location in Brighton.In 2018–2019, the annual U.S. News & World Report hospital rankings, awarded and recognized the Medical Center for achieving the highest performance rating possible, in two (Heart Bypass surgery & Heart Failure) of nine measured categories in adult medical procedures and conditions.SEMC's Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology is of particular note as its history predates many other areas of medicine in which the hospital is involved. Generations of people in the Boston area were born at St. Elizabeth's Hospital or more recently, at St. Elizabeth's Medical Center. Former New York City mayor Michael Bloomberg was born at St. Elizabeth's Hospital in 1942.
