Lanner (Cornish: Lannergh) is a village and civil parish in west Cornwall, England, United Kingdom. It is situated on the A393 about 2 miles (3.2 km) south-east of Redruth.Lanner is in the St Day, Carharrack and Lanner ward which had a collective population of 5,438 in 2001. The population of Lanner civil parish was 2,493 in the 2001 census, increasing to 2,690 at the 2011 census. The village has a primary school, Lanner School.
