Molla Ahmad Mosque

Khanlar Mosque (Azerbaijani: Xanlar məscidi) is a historical and architectural monument dating back to the 19th century, located in Old City, Baku. The mosque was designated as a nationally significant immovable historical and cultural monument by the decision No. 132 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan on August 2, 2001. After the Soviet occupation, the mosque ceased its religious activities and is currently used as a residential building.

The Mirza Ahmed Mosque (Azerbaijani: Mirzə Əhməd Məscidi) is a former mosque, located in the Icherisheher of Baku, the capital of Azerbaijan. Completed in 1345, and built by Haji Mirza Ahmed, the former mosque is situated on the Mirza Alakbar Sabir Street, in a row with residential buildings.

The Museum of Archaeology and Ethnography is a museum in Baku, Azerbaijan, that was established in 1976. It bears the name of the Azerbaijani architect-Mikayil Huseynov. The museum has two parts. The ethnography section displays materials related to the 19th century and early 20th century, as well as the life of Azerbaijani people. The archaeology section exhibits findings covering all stages of Azerbaijani's historical development, its culture from the Stone Age to the late Middle Ages.The museum's exhibitions give detailed information about the sites of primitive people, living houses on the territory of Azerbaijan, settlements belonging to cattle breeders and farmers, historical and material culture of ancient states, gravestone monuments, Azerbaijani arts of ancient times, economy, lifestyle, moral values of ancestors of the Azerbaijani people.In 2008 the museum underwent restoration works and increased the number of its exhibitions to 2000.

The Baku gradonachalstvo was a municipal district (gradonachalstvo) based around the city of Baku in the Caucasus Viceroyalty of the Russian Empire. The Baku gradonachalstvo was formed in 1906 on the territory of the Baku uezd of the Baku Governorate following the Armenian–Tatar Massacres, until its disestablishment after the revolution of 1917. The area of the Baku gradonachalstvo corresponded to the Absheron Peninsula, located in easternmost present-day Azerbaijan.

The Baku Governorate (pre-reform Russian: Бакінская губернія; Azerbaijani: Bakı quberniyası), known before 1859 as the Shemakha Governorate (pre-reform Russian: Шемахинская губернія; Azerbaijani: Şamaxı quberniyası), was one of the guberniyas of the Caucasus Viceroyalty of the Russian Empire, with its center in the booming metropolis and Caspian Sea port of Baku. Area (1897): 34,4000 sq. versts, population (1897): 789,659. The Baku Governorate bordered Persia to the south, the Elisabethpol Governorate (previously the Tiflis and Erivan Governorates before 1868) to the west, the Dagestan Oblast to the north, and the Baku Gradonachalstvo (municipal province) to the east on the Absheron Peninsula.

Quadrangular Tower (Azerbaijani: Dördbucaqlı qala), or Keeper of the Fortress of Baku (Azerbaijani: Bakı qalasının donjonu), is a stone keep built in the 14th century. It is part of the Old City in Baku, Azerbaijan. On August 2, 2001, the building was declared a "national architectural monument" by the Cabinet of Azerbaijan.

Mirza Alakbar Sabir Garden (or simply Sabir's Garden) is one of the gardens located in the Sabail district of Baku. The garden named after the famous Azerbaijani satirical poet Mirza Alakbar Sabir. It is bordered by the fortress wall of the Icheri Sheher in the south, Istiglaliyyat Street in the north, the Constitutional Court in the east, and the Institute of Manuscripts in the west which known as the Ismailiyya. The statue of Mirza Alakbar Sabir has been erected in the garden.The garden was erected by the sculptor H.Aleskerov in the area of "Kaspi" publishing house in the 20s of the last century. The formation of the garden took place gradually. A statue of Sabir was erected near the fortress wall in 1922. In the 50s, the area of the park considerably expanded, the garden landscaped and greened. In this regard, putting a new and monumental statue to the poet was actualized. In 1958, the sculptor Jalal Garyaghdi, architects H. Alizadeh and E. Ismayilov worked together for the statue. The statue was placed in the center of the garden. Historical monuments around the garden are also of great importance. In recent years, the park has been renovated.

Baku Khans' Palace (Azerbaijani: Bakı xanları sarayı) is a complex of several houses that belonged to the members of the ruling family of the Baku Khanate.

A Monument to Mirza Alakbar Sabir was installed in 1958, in Baku, on Istiglaliyyat Street, in a park near Ismailiyya building. Its sculptor was Jalal Garyaghdi, and architects were H.Alizade and A.Ismayilov.

The Muslim Magomayev Azerbaijan State Academic Philharmonic Hall (Azerbaijani: Müslüm Maqomayev adına Azərbaycan Dövlət Akademik Filarmoniyası), located in Baku, is the main concert hall in Azerbaijan built in 1910. Since 2006 Murad Adigozalzade is the director of the Azerbaijan State Academic Philharmonic Hall.

The Gileyli Mosque (Azerbaijani: Gileyli Məscidi) or Jomard Garay Mosque (Azerbaijani: Comərd Gəray Məscidi) is a mosque, located on Mirza Mansur street in the Old City of Baku in Azerbaijan. Completed in 1309, the building was registered as a national architectural monument by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan on August 2, 2001, No. 132.

The Khan's Garden (Azerbaijani: Xan bağı) is a historical garden located in Icherisheher, being part of the Baku Khans Palace's complex. The Khan's Garden is located in the first courtyard of the palace in front of the house that belonged to the Khan's family. There is a small pool in the center of the garden. Also, on the territory of the garden, there is an ovdan (water reservoir) and a tandir. In the park have been preserved such trees as the eldar pine, plane tree, cypress, maple, etc., being integral elements of the flora of Azerbaijan. In addition, the silver spruce, white acacia, common jasmine, thuja orientalis, and various rose bushes grow in the corresponding area. In 2018, the restoration and reconstruction work began on the territory of the Baku Khans Palace complex.
