Dr. Antonio Da Silva High School (A.D.H.S) and Jr. College of Commerce (A.D.H.S.J.C.C) (Popularly known as A.D.H.S. or nicknamed Antonians) is a semi-private Government, Boys, day school located at Dadar in Mumbai, India. The institution was established in 1851 by Dr Antonio Da Silva and Reverend John Braz Fernandees under the name St. Johna high school. The school caters to pupils from kindergarten up to class 12. The medium of instruction is English. The school houses more than 6,000 pupils aged 3 to 18.The school is affiliated to the Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education, Pune, which conducts the SSC examinations at the close of class 10 and the HSC examinations at the close of class 12.Alumni are commonly known as Antonians Alumnus. Dadar Metro (branded SBI Dadar Metro) is an underground rapid transit station on the North–South corridor of the Mumbai Metro's Aqua Line 3, serving the Dadar West area in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. The station opened on 10 May 2025 as part of the 9.77 km Phase 2A extension, which connected Bandra Kurla Complex to Acharya Atre Chowk and added six new stations to the corridor. In September 2022, Mumbai Metro Rail Corporation Ltd (MMRCL) awarded naming rights for five Aqua Line 3 stations under a ₹216 crore, five‑year contract. SBI secured rights for Dadar Metro (alongside Terminal 2 and Vidhan Bhavan), which allows its name to be prefixed to the station and featured in announcements, signage, and maps.

Matunga (Marathi pronunciation: [maːʈuŋɡaː]) is a locality in the heart of Mumbai City towards downtown Mumbai. It is serviced by the Matunga Road station on the Western line, Matunga station on the Central Line and King's Circle station on the Harbour Line. The Church of Our Lady of Salvation, popularly referred to as Portuguese Church, is one of the oldest churches in Mumbai (formerly Bombay), India. It is located on S. K. Bole Road in Dadar. The church was originally built by the Portuguese Franciscans who called it Nossa Senhora da Salvação. The present structure, designed by famous Indian architect Charles Correa, was constructed between 1974 and 1977.

Shivaji Park, officially Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Park, is a public park situated in Dadar, Mumbai. It is the largest park in the island city. Similar but bigger in size to Azad Maidan and August Kranti Maidan (formerly Gowalia Tank Grounds), it is of historical and cultural value because of the political and social gatherings it has witnessed, both in pre- and post-independence Mumbai. The 113,000 square metres (28 acres) of open space is renowned as having been a cradle of the game of cricket in India. The park has a variety of sports facilities including cricket nets, Tennis court, a Mallakhamba area and a football pitch amongst others.

The Chatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Park Residential Zone is a precinct consisting of 187 residential buildings that were built as part of the Chatrapati Shivaji MaharajPark scheme in Dadar, Mumbai. Most of the buildings in this residential locality were constructed in the early 1900s during British colonial rule in India, as a result of which many buildings here exhibit aspects of British architecture. Park is considered an upscale real estate cluster in Mumbai, and for long has been considered to be a desirable locality particularly among the Maharashtrian community, with numerous prominent Marathi personalities such as Madhav Manohar, Veer Savarkar and Bal Thackeray having resided here. It is also home to the Kataria Colony, locally known as Sindhi colony, which houses Bhagnari people of Balochi descent.
