Hewitt Lake is a lake in the U.S. state of Washington.Hewitt Lake was named after Judge C. C. Hewitt, an early settler.27 acres in size with a maximum depth of 60 feet.

Olympia High School (OHS), commonly referred to as Oly, is a public high school in the southeast part of Olympia, Washington along the city's border with Tumwater. It is the oldest of two comprehensive high schools in the Olympia School District, and also one of the oldest public secondary schools in the state of Washington.

Cloverfields Dairy Farm was a model dairy farm located in Olympia, Washington. Built by former Washington state pioneer Hazard Stevens after he returned to Olympia in 1914, today the farmhouse is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

Pioneer Park is located in Tumwater, Washington, on the Deschutes River. The park is equipped for a variety of court and field sports and visitors can access the river. The park's terrain is flat and contains a wheelchair accessible, partially paved loop trail covering 1.5 miles (2.4 km). There is a playground area and several picnic locations.Pioneer Park is used as a primary viewing location from which to watch firework displays during the city of Tumwater's July 4th celebrations.

Watershed Park is a 153-acre temperate rain forest public park located in Olympia, Washington that supplied almost all the city's water from privately established wells in the late 1800s. The city acquired and operated the wells starting in 1917 until the 1950s when the municipal water source was replaced. In 1955 the forest was to be logged and the land sold but strong local opposition resulted in an ordinance preserving the area as a city park. Throughout, remnants of the waterworks are visible from the park trails.

Munn Lake is a lake in the U.S. state of Washington. The Olympia Regional Airport lies to the southwest of the lake and the community of Bush is situated to the south. Two other bodies of water in the surrounding area, Susan Lake and Trails End Lake, are in near proximity to Munn Lake. The lake has a surface area of approximately 30 acres (12 ha) and reaches a depth of 19 feet (5.8 m).Munn Lake was named after Edwin Munn, a dairy farmer who operated in the area in the early 20th century.

The Deschutes River is a 50-mile-long (80 km) river in the U.S. state of Washington. Its headwaters are in the Bald Hills in Lewis County, and it empties into Budd Inlet of Puget Sound at Olympia in Thurston County. It was given its name by French fur traders, who called it Rivière des Chutes, or "River of the Falls", a translation of the First Nations name for the site. (The city of Tumwater, founded in the same location, takes its name from the Chinook Jargon translation for "waterfall".) Tributaries of the river include Spurgeon Creek, Thurston Creek and Lake Lawrence.

The Tumwater Falls are a series of cascades on the Deschutes River in Tumwater, Washington, United States. They are located near where the river empties into Budd Inlet, a southerly arm of Puget Sound in Olympia.

Bush is an unincorporated community in Thurston County, in the U.S. state of Washington. The community is east of the Olympia Regional Airport and southeast of the city of Tumwater.

Tumwater Methodist Church is a historic church at 219 W. B Street in Tumwater, Washington. It was built in 1872 and added to the National Register in 1984. When it was built it was one of two churches in Tumwater, (the other being Baptist); initially the minister rode circuit preaching and serving much of Thurston County over the course of the week. The Olympia Methodist Church helped to support the Tumwater church's formation. In the 1930s the adjacent parsonage was sold and a two-story addition was built uphill from the original church which added a social hall, classrooms, and plumbing. The building served as the location of Tumwater Methodist Church for almost 100 years until they sold the property to Unitarians in the 1960s, who worshiped there it until outgrowing it and transferring ownership, in the early 1990s, to a Quaker congregation. The building currently hosts St. James' Christian Episcopal Church. This congregation worships according to the Book of Common Prayer (1928) edition. Often considered a High Church tradition, which is found in many Anglo-Catholic parishes.

Indian Creek is a stream in Thurston County in the U.S. state of Washington. It is a 3-mile Olympian creek. Its source is a wetland along the northern end of South Bay Road. It enters Budd Inlet at East Bay, having first joined with Moxlie Creek. It can most easily be accessed between Boulevard Road and Frederick Road along the Karen Fraser Woodland Trail. American Indian settlements near the creek's course may account for the name.Runoff from Interstate-5 is treated at a stormwater facility before entering the creek. Fecal coliform bacteria have been detected in unsafe levels in the creek.
