B.F. Clyde's Cider Mill is a historic cider mill located in Mystic, Connecticut. It is the oldest and only surviving steam powered cider mill in the United States. It is also the oldest continuous producer of hard cider in the United States.

Old Mystic is a village and census-designated place (CDP) located in the town of Stonington in New London County, Connecticut, United States. The population was 3,554 at the 2010 census.

The Mystic Bank is a historic commercial building at 39 Main Street in the Old Mystic village of Stonington, Connecticut. Built in 1856 for a bank founded in 1833, it was used by the town as a meeting hall after the bank closed in 1884, and now houses offices. It is a good example of a small 19th-century Greek Revival brick bank building. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2014.

Burnetts Corner is a village in the town of Groton, Connecticut, and the site of Burnett's Corner Historic District, a historic district listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

The Shubel Smith House, also known as Stonecroft, is a historic house at 515 Pumpkin Hill Road in Ledyard, Connecticut. It was built in 1807 as the estate of Shubel Smith, a sea captain, and is one of Ledyard's finest surviving farmhouses from that period. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1996. The listing included three contributing buildings on a 6.5-acre (2.6 ha) area, including the Georgian Colonial house and the "Yellow Barn" as well as a smaller outbuilding. Both of the large buildings have modernized interiors, serving as a bed and breakfast called Stonecroft Country Inn.

Applewood Farm is a farmstead in Ledyard, Connecticut, United States. Constructed in 1826 by Russel Gallup, the farmhouse was built with a colonial center chimney design with Federal style details that has been modernized to the early 20th century without significantly changing the floor plan. Named after the apple orchards planted by Russel Gallup, Applewood Farm developed significantly under the ownership of Everett Gallup, the last member of the family to own the property. The property was later owned by Arlene Meyer Cohen and a 40-acre parcel was sold off in November 1984. After the Betz family became the owners it was added to the National Register of Historic Places and operated as a bed and breakfast through the 1990s. In 1987, the property included five contributory structures, the farmhouse, corn crib, barn, silo and chicken coop. The property also has one non-contributing structure, a machinery shed from the 1960s.

The Whitehall Mansion is a historic house at 42 Whitehall Avenue in the Stonington side of Mystic, Connecticut. Built about 1771 for a local physician and politician, it is a fine example of late Georgian architecture. It has been moved twice, both times short distances, and now serves as a bed and breakfast inn. The house was added to the National Register of Historic Places on April 12, 1979.

Mystic Aquarium is a marine aquarium in Mystic, Connecticut. It is one of only two U.S. facilities holding Steller sea lions, and it has the only beluga whales in New England. Special exhibits include a ray and shark touch pool, an African penguin exhibit, a jelly gallery, and the "Jurassic Giants" dinosaur exhibit. The aquarium is a member of the Alliance of Marine Mammal Parks and Aquariums (AMMPA) and is an accredited member of the Association of Zoos and Aquariums (AZA). It is a subsidiary of the Sea Research Foundation, Inc.

The Main Sawmill, now known as Ledyard Up-Down Sawmill, is a historic 19th-century sawmill at 175 Iron Street in Ledyard, Connecticut. The sawmill was built in 1869 by Israel Brown, and is the only known operational mill of this type in the state. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1972. It is now owned by the town and administered by the local historical society as a museum.

WBMW (106.5 FM) is an adult contemporary music formatted radio station. WBMW is licensed to Pawcatuck, Connecticut and serving the New London, Connecticut area. The station is owned by John Fuller's Red Wolf Broadcasting. WBMW broadcasts at 106.5 MHz with an ERP of 12.5 kW.

Charles W. Morgan is an American whaling ship built in 1841 that was active during the 19th and early 20th centuries. Ships of this type were used to harvest the blubber of whales for whale oil which was commonly used in lamps. Charles W. Morgan has served as a museum ship since the 1940s and is now an exhibit at the Mystic Seaport museum in Mystic, Connecticut. She is the world's oldest surviving (non-wrecked) merchant vessel and the only surviving wooden whaling ship from the 19th century American merchant fleet (of an estimated 2,700 built). The Morgan was designated a National Historic Landmark in 1966.

Nellie is an oyster sloop located at Mystic Seaport in Mystic, Connecticut, United States. Nellie was built in 1891 in Smithtown, New York and was used for oyster dredging in Long Island Sound. Mystic Seaport acquired her in 1964 to add to their collection of watercraft.
