Sutton Lane Meadows (grid reference ST946777) is a 3.44 hectare biological Site of Special Scientific Interest in Wiltshire, notified in 1988.

Seagry is a civil parish in Wiltshire, England, about 4.5 miles (7.2 km) southeast of Malmesbury and 5.5 miles (8.9 km) northeast of Chippenham. Its main settlements are the village of Upper Seagry, which was first mentioned in official records under the name Over Seagry (in 1317), and the hamlet of Lower Seagry, which was first documented (1218) as Nether Seagry. The toponym is thought to derive from the Old English for "sedge stream". Sedge is the common name for plants of the family Cyperaceae and stream here may refer to the River Avon, which flows through the area.

St James's Church in Draycot Cerne, Sutton Benger, Wiltshire, England was built between 1260 and 1280. It is recorded in the National Heritage List for England as a Grade II* listed building, and is now a redundant church in the care of the Churches Conservation Trust. It was declared redundant on 1 June 1994, and was vested in the Trust on 17 May 1995.The church stands in parkland near the site of Draycot House, a manor house demolished c. 1955.The name of the church has been changed over the centuries. It was All Saints' in the later 12th century and St. Peter's in the 18th century; it has been St James since the later 19th century. The church has an Early English chancel which is lower than the floor of the 13th-century nave. The two-stage west tower dates from the 16th or 17th century and is supported by diagonal buttresses. The church was altered and restored in the 19th century.There were wall paintings in the chancel in the 15th and 16th centuries. The interior includes a Gothic pulpit and box pews. There are also Victorian stained glass windows by Ward and Hughes and monuments including a Perpendicular tomb chest and a 13th-century knight's effigy, of either Phillip or John de Cerne. A memorial bust by Joseph Wilton to Sir Robert Long is set on a marble bracket designed by James Wyatt. The gothic painted tomb of Sir Thomas Long is within the church, along with tombs and memorials to members of the Long family. Some of the oldest tombs are to the de Cerne family from the 12th and 13th centuries. Sir Edward de Cerne is commemorated with a monumental brass on his tombstone. Henry of Cerne was the rector of the church in 1304.

Christian Malford is a village and civil parish in the county of Wiltshire, England. The village lies about 4+1⁄2 miles (7 km) northeast of the town of Chippenham. The Bristol Avon forms most of the northern and eastern boundaries of the parish. The hamlets of Thornend and Upper Town lie within the parish. The unusual name is evidently a corruption of Christ mal Ford, Old English moel, mal being a mark: "Christ’s mal" is Christ's mark or sign, the cross. Thus the name signified "Cross Ford". Deeds from Glastonbury Abbey cartulary relate to Christmalford Manor: in AD 940 King Edmund granted Christmalford to St Dunstan, Abbot of Glastonbury. In 1086 the Abbey of Glastonbury remained tenant-in-chief of Cristemeleforee in the ancient Domesday hundred of Sterchelai (Startley). Christian Malford and the other parishes of Startley hundred were amalgamated with additional parishes to form the hundred of Malmesbury.

Maud Heath's Causeway is a pathway dating from the 15th century in rural Wiltshire, England. On both sides of its crossing of the River Avon, just west of Kellaways, the path rises above the floodplain on sixty-four brick arches (built 1812, largely reconstructed in the 20th century) alongside an undistinguished country road between Bremhill and Langley Burrell. The causeway is the gift of the eponymous Maud Heath, who made her living carrying eggs to market at Chippenham. She was a widow and childless, and when she died she left money to improve and maintain the path along which she had tramped to market several times a week for most of her life. Over five hundred years later, the charity still maintains the path out of her bequest. Since 1960, the raised section has been listed Grade II* on the National Heritage List for England.A brief guide to the causeway was written by K.R. Clew in 1982.

Kellaways, also known as Tytherton Kellaways, is a village and former ecclesiastical parish in the present-day civil parish of Langley Burrell Without and ceremonial county of Wiltshire, England. Its nearest town is Chippenham, which lies 2.5 miles (4.0 km) southwest from the hamlet. Historically, the name was sometimes given as Gallows. The parish was formed on 1 April 1895 as a replacement for Avon parish. On 1 April 1934 the parish was abolished and its area was added to Langley Burrell Without. In 1931 the parish had a population of 37.The manor house is from the 17th century and is Grade II* listed.There was a water mill on the River Avon, marked as disused on a 1959 map. The present building, now a house, is from the late 17th and 18th centuries; nearby stands the mill-owner's house of c. 1800.The small church of St Giles was built c. 1800, in ashlar with a slate roof and an octagonal cupola. The building replaced an earlier structure which was attached to the mill, first recorded in 1304. Today the ecclesiastical parish of Tytherton Kellaways is part of the Draycot benefice.

Christian Malford Halt served the village of Christian Malford, Wiltshire from 1926 to 1965. It was situated on the Great Western Main Line which runs from London to Bristol. The station is located half a mile south of Christian Malford where the railway passes over Station Road. The halt consisted of two timber platforms, each with a wooden shelter. There is no trace of the halt today, although the access path on the up side is still there.

Kellaways - West Tytherton, River Avon SSSI (grid reference ST945750) is a 4.1 hectare geological Site of Special Scientific Interest in Wiltshire, notified in 1998. Located 3 miles (4.8 km) north east of Chippenham, this SSSI is of geological interest as the banks of the River Avon expose Callovian highly-fossiliferous sandstone which contains well-preserved bivalves, gastropods, brachiopods, belemnites and ammonites.

It is the largest settlement in the parish, which includes the hamlets of Peckingell (south of the village) and Kellaways (to the east on the opposite bank of the Bristol Avon).
