Uden (Dutch pronunciation: [ˈydə(n)] (listen)) is a town and former municipality in the province of North Brabant, Netherlands. Since 2022 it has been part of the new municipality of Maashorst.

Helianthushof was a restaurant in Uden, in the Netherlands. It was a fine dining restaurant that was awarded one Michelin star in 1998 and retained that rating until 2001.Owner and head chef of Helianthushof was Jannis Brevet.The restaurant lost its star in 2002, due to Brevet selling the restaurant in 2001 to take over Inter Scaldes in Kruiningen.

Volkel (Brabantian: Vollekul) is a village in the Netherlands. It is situated in the north-east corner of the province of North Brabant, south-east of the town of Uden. On 1 January 2021, Volkel had 3,435 inhabitants. It used to be part of the municipality of Uden, and merged into the municipality of Maashorst in 2022.Volkel is known for Volkel Air Base and amusement park BillyBird Park Hemelrijk. Volkel used to be a little village. In 1455, a chapel was built, but did not get a church until 1855. In 1940, a military airport was built near Volkel by the Germans. During Operation Market Garden, the airport was bombed many times. The damage was repaired afterwards, and it first served as an Allied airport and later it became a Dutch military airport.

Uden-Veghel is a polycentric metropolitan area, centred on the towns of Uden and Veghel, in the east of the province of North Brabant in the southern Netherlands. It consists of the neighbouring municipalities of Maashorst (merger of Uden and Landerd in 2022) and Meierijstad (merger of Schijndel, Sint-Oedenrode, and Veghel in 2017) with the surrounding municipalities of Bernheze and Boekel.The province of North Brabant established the partnership in 2002 for spatial planning purposes, and stated that the municipalities of Uden and Veghel are complementary to each other. The agreement included zoning plans for the development of residential, business and industrial areas, as well as plans for the development and preservation of nature in the region. The provincie of North Brabant defines the chain of Schijndel-Eerde-Veghel and Uden-Volkel as highly urbanized. Oventje (translated: little oven) is a small village in the Dutch province of North Brabant. The village is situated in the former municipality of Landerd. Oventje had 490 inhabitants in 2008. Since 2022 it has been part of the new municipality of Maashorst. Oventje has a small primary school, which has been founded in 1928. Oventje has a corn windmill, named Sint Victor, a heritage monument. In 1925, Oventje was hit by a cyclone. A lamp post distorted by the cyclone, now a heritage monument, remembers that event.

Vorstenbosch is a village of the municipality Bernheze. Bernheze is located in the province of North Brabant, one of the 12 provinces of the Netherlands.

Erp (Dutch pronunciation: [ˈɛr(ə)p]) is a village in the southern Netherlands, in the province of North Brabant between 's-Hertogenbosch and Eindhoven. Prior to 1994, Erp was a municipality consisting of the town of Erp and the villages of Boerdonk and Keldonk. In that year, the municipality was merged with the municipality of Veghel to form one municipality under the latter name. The area of the former municipality of Erp has a population of 6,663, while Veghel has a population of 37,655. The municipality of Veghel, which merged into the new municipality of Meierijstad in 2017, consisted of the towns of Veghel and Erp, and the villages of Boerdonk, Keldonk, Mariaheide, Zijtaart and Eerde. Veghel is 5 km northwest of Erp and other neighboring towns, including Uden (north), Boekel (east), Gemert (southeast), Beek en Donk (south) and Sint-Oedenrode (west). Erp's town hall dates from 1791. It lost its main function when Erp was annexed to Veghel. Both the town hall and the Saint Servatius Church are on the national list of historic preservation.

Landerd (Dutch pronunciation: [ˈlɑndərt] ) is a former municipality within the province of North Brabant in the southern Netherlands. Since 2022 it has been part of the new municipality of Maashorst.

Heikant is a hamlet in the former municipality of Uden, in the Dutch province of North Brabant. It is located about 2 km southeast of Volkel.Since 2022 it has been part of the new municipality of Maashorst.

Zeeland is a village in the Dutch province of North Brabant. It is located in the former municipality of Landerd, about 5 km northeast of Uden.

Nistelrode is a village in the Dutch province of North Brabant. It is located in the municipality of Bernheze, about 8 km south of Oss.

Veghel (Dutch pronunciation: [ˈvɛɣəl] (listen)) is a town and a former municipality in the southern Netherlands. On 1 January 2017 Veghel, together with Schijndel and Sint-Oedenrode, merged into a new municipality called Meierijstad creating the largest municipality of the province North-Brabant in terms of land area.
