The Sporting Club of Cascais was an elite sports and recreational society in Cascais in the Lisbon District of Portugal.

The King D. Carlos Sea Museum is a Maritime Museum in the fishing town of Cascais, Lisbon District, in Portugal. It was inaugurated in 1992.

The Church of Nossa Senhora da Assunção is the Mother Church of the city of Cascais, in the Lisbon district, of Portugal. Its date of construction is unknown but some internal decoration has been dated as being between 1520 and 1525 and the church is clearly visible in a 1572 engraving showing a view of Cascais from the sea.

Cascais e Estoril is a civil parish in the municipality of Cascais, Portugal. It was formed in 2013 by the merger of the former parishes Cascais and Estoril. The population in 2011 was 61,808, in an area of 29.16 km².

The Cascais Cultural Centre (Centro Cultural de Cascais) is situated close to the Citadel of Cascais in the municipality of Cascais in the Lisbon district of Portugal. It consists of several exhibition spaces, a recital hall and a restaurant. Opened in May 2000, parts of the building date back to the end of the 16th century, when it was constructed as a Carmelite monastery. The Centre is managed by the Dom Luís I Foundation.

The Palácio dos Condes da Guarda (Palace of the Counts of Guarda) is located in Cascais, Lisbon District, Portugal. The building now functions both as the headquarters of the Municipality of Cascais and, on the ground floor, as a museum that explains the history of the town.

The Palácio dos Condes de Castro Guimarães, originally known as the Torre de São Sebastião (St Sebastian's Tower), was built in 1900 as an aristocrat’s summer residence in Cascais, Lisbon District, Portugal. It became a museum in 1931. The building follows an eclectic architectural style, while the museum includes paintings of national and international significance, furniture, porcelain, jewellery and a neo-Gothic organ.

Casa de São Bernardo is a building in Cascais in the Lisbon District of Portugal that was owned by Bernardo Pinheiro Correia de Melo, First Count of Arnoso, who was private secretary to King Carlos. It is considered to be an example of the summer architecture found in Cascais and neighbouring Estoril from the 1870s onwards. The building was designed in 1890 but not completed until 1902.The Casa de São Bernardo was called the "Minho house" as its design is reminiscent of the buildings found in Minho Province in the north of Portugal, where Correia de Melo was born, and was the first of the summer architecture buildings to be built in what was regarded as "Portuguese style". It was sometimes used for dinners of the Vencidos da Vida (Life's Vanquished), a group of intellectuals that included the novelists José Maria de Eça de Queirós and Ramalho Ortigão, as well as Correia de Melo. Eça de Queirós would often stay at the house. Although not considered a member, King Carlos would sometimes join them for dinner. The King, who was an enthusiastic watercolour artist, would occasionally paint at the house.Casa de São Bernardo is now owned by the Cascais Marina.

The Casa de Santa Maria (House of Saint Mary) was once a luxurious private residence in Cascais, Lisbon District, Portugal. It was acquired by the Cascais Municipality in October 2004 and is now a museum. It blends several different architectural styles and influences.

The Santa Marta Lighthouse is situated to the south of the centre of Cascais, Lisbon District, Portugal, on the estuary of the River Tagus, providing a light for the Cascais Bay and for the town's new marina. It is a quadrangular masonry tower covered with white tiles, with blue horizontal stripes and a red lantern. The lighthouse was built on the grounds of the Santa Marta Fort, which now houses a lighthouse museum.

The Casa das Histórias Paula Rego (‘’House of Stories Paula Rego’’) is a museum in Cascais, Lisbon District, on the Portuguese Riviera, designed by the architect Eduardo Souto de Moura to house some of the works of the artist Paula Rego (1935 – 2022).

The Cascais tide gauge (Portuguese: Marégrafo de Cascais) was the first tide gauge (also known as a mareograph or marigraph, as well as a sea-level recorder) installed in Portugal and dates back to 1882. It is situated in Cascais Municipality, Lisbon District. It was one of the first systems of sea-level data collection installed on the coast of Europe and is still in use.
