Highercliff is a hamlet in the parish of Duloe, Cornwall, England].

Sandplace (Cornish: Tewesva) is a small village in the parish of Morval, two miles north of Looe in Cornwall, Great Britain. It is situated on the B3254, the old Liskeard to Looe road which joins the A387 to the south. The village is alongside the East Looe river and has been served by Sandplace railway station, on the Looe Valley Line since 1881.

The Liskeard and Looe Union Canal was a broad canal between Liskeard and Looe in Cornwall, United Kingdom. It was almost 6 miles (9.7 km) long and had 24 locks, and it opened progressively from 1827. The engineer was Robert Coad. Its primary purpose originally was the carriage of sea sand and lime to improve the acidic soil of agricultural lands, but when mineral deposits on Caradon Hill were exploited, it benefited considerably, carrying the mineral down to Looe Harbour. The trade increased so much that a railway—the Liskeard and Looe Railway—was built alongside its course by the Canal Company, and the canal itself gradually ceased to be navigable.

Terras Bridge, also known as Terras Pill Bridge, is a road bridge near Morval in Cornwall, England. Built in c. 1825, the Grade II listed bridge crosses the tidal East Looe River, and is adjacent to the Liskeard and Looe Railway and the remains of the Liskeard and Looe Union Canal.

The hamlet is approximately two miles (3 km) north of Looe and five miles (8 km) south of Liskeard.Morval parish is in the Liskeard Registration District and the population in the 2001 census was 616, which increased to 711 at the 2011 census. The meaning of the name Morval is unknown. To the north the parish is bounded by the parishes of Dobwalls and Trewidland and Menheniot, to the east by St Germans, to the south by St Martin-by-Looe and to the west by Duloe.

Trewidland (Cornish: Trewythelan) is a hamlet in the civil parish of St Keyne and Trewidland, in east Cornwall, England. It is about two miles northeast of Duloe. It is situated in the Looe Valley, which has been designated an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The village shop and post office closed some years ago, as did the two Methodist chapels. There is also no pub in the village. Most residents rely on the local market town of Liskeard, approximately 3 miles away, for shopping and other local services. However, it does have a primary school, a village hall, and a snooker room. Until 1 April 2021 it was in the parish of Dobwalls and Trewidland, it was moved into St Keyne parish and that parish was renamed "St Keyne and Trewidland".
