Forest Hill State School is a state school with a heritage-listed teacher's residence at 15 Church Street, Forest Hill, Lockyer Valley Region, Queensland, Australia. It was designed by Queensland Department of Public Works and built from 1892 to 1906 by Luder. It was added to the Queensland Heritage Register on 1 May 2015.
