Pasquo is a neighborhood of Nashville, along State Route 100 in Davidson County, within Bellevue. It is incorporated as part of the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County.Formerly a rural area, Pasquo has experienced rapid growth in recent years as the Nashville suburbs expand westward. As Pasquo is neither an incorporated municipality nor a census-designated place, its population is not measured or reported by the US Census. Pasquo is home to "Radio Free Nashville," the low-power FM radio radio station WRFN-LP. WRFN was the seventh community radio barnraising of the Prometheus Radio Project. Pasquo is the short name for Pasquotank, and a now-defunct neighboring community was once known as Tank. The name was taken from Pasquotank County, North Carolina, where early settlers came from.Pasquo is the location of the northern terminus of the Natchez Trace Parkway, the Loveless Cafe, Chaffin’s Barn Dinner Theatre, Union Bridge, Harpeth Valley School, Bellevue YMCA, Old Pasquo School and the State of Tennessee abandoned "Cold War" communications Center.

WRFN-LP is a community LPFM non-commercial radio station in Nashville, Tennessee. It operates at a frequency of 107.1 MHz and is branded as Radio Free Nashville. The station features a mix of music, talk and public affairs programming, almost all with a decidedly liberal or leftist political perspective largely not found on other area media outlets (local or national). The station went on the air in April 2005, with studios and transmitter located at the nearby community of Pasquo, Tennessee, 15 miles (24 km) west of downtown Nashville. WRFN-LP was the seventh community radio "barnraising" of the Prometheus Radio Project. In mid-2007, WRFN began simulcasting on Nashville's iQtv's second audio program (SAP). On October 25, 2009, WRFN changed its frequency to 107.1 MHz from its previously assigned frequency of 98.9 MHz, which had also been occupied by WANT in nearby Lebanon, Tennessee. A translator station, W279CH on 103.7 in Hermitage, Tennessee, signed-on in December 2014 to serve Nashville proper, expanding WRFN's over-the-air reach in the Nashville metro area. The callsign was originally used by another Nashville station, Fisk University's WFSK-FM, from its beginning in 1973 until about 1983.

The Knight-Moran House, near Franklin, Tennessee, was built in 1820. Also known as Woodland, and denoted as WM-44. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1988.It is a double pen one-and-a-half-story log and frame house. Its east wing was built c.1820 by Winfield Knight as a single pen log house with stone foundation and stone chimney. A c.1840 log pen is joined by a breezeway. It has a c.1860 addition with a c.1960 extension. There are several interesting outbuildings.

Belle Vue II is a historic mansion in Bellevue, a suburb of Nashville, Tennessee, USA. It was a Southern plantation worked by enslaved African Americans prior to the American Civil War of 1861–1865. After the war, it remained in the same family until the 1970s.

The Stokely Davis House (also known as Fairmount) was built in 1850 and included Italianate architecture and Greek Revival architecture. The house was among the best two-story vernacular I-house examples in the county (along with William King House, Alpheus Truett House, Claiborne Kinnard House, Beverly Toon House, and Old Town, a.k.a. Thomas Brown House).: 42 It had a two-story portico with Doric columns, and a two-story frame addition to the rear. Its central hall plan interior included Greek Revival-influenced original fireplace mantles with architrave molding and original doors with architrave moldings. Photography was not allowed in the interior, as of its listing.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1988.On the early morning of January 28, 2014, it burned down.It was removed from the National Register on July 15, 2015.

One Bellevue Place is a regional shopping, dining, and entertainment complex in southwestern Nashville, Tennessee, specifically in the Bellevue neighborhood. Opened in 1990 as an enclosed regional shopping mall named Bellevue Center, it had capacity for over 90 stores on two floors totaling 848,545 square feet (78,832.4 m2). The mall itself opened in 1990, began showing signs of decline during the early 2000s recession, and closed in 2008. Two of its three anchor tenants continued to operate beyond the mall's closure, but both would eventually vacate the property as well. The entire structure, including the three adjacent anchor buildings and an outparcel, was demolished in 2015. A new mixed-use complex opened on the site in 2017.

Beech Grove is a historic mansion in Nashville, Tennessee. Built as a log house circa 1850, it was a Southern plantation with African slaves in the Antebellum era. In the 1910s, it became a livestock farm.

Old Town, also known as the Thomas Brown House, is a house in Franklin, Tennessee, United States, at the Old Town Archeological Site that was built by Thomas Brown starting in 1846. It is a two-story frame structure built on an "I-House" plan, an example of vernacular architecture showing Greek Revival influences. The Thomas Brown House is among the best two-story vernacular I-house examples in the county (along with the William King House, the Alpheus Truett House, the Claiborne Kinnard House, the Beverly Toon House, and the Stokely Davis House).: 42 It was located on the Harpeth River branch of the Natchez Trace. Singer Jimmy Buffett owned the house in the late 1980s.It is built amidst and named for, Old Town, a village site of Mississippian culture with mounds. It is located near Old Town Bridge, the remains of a Natchez Trace bridge.

The Hows-Madden House is a historic mansion in Nashville, Tennessee, U.S.. It was built in 1830 for Rasa Hows, a settler and slaveholder. After he died in 1858, it was inherited by his widow and his sons, including Stephen Hows, who served under Nathan Bedford Forrest in the Confederate States Army during the American Civil War of 1861–1865. It has been listed on the National Register of Historic Places since November 23, 1984.

Bellevue is a neighborhood of Nashville, situated about 13 miles southwest of the downtown area via Interstate 40. It is served by the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County. The 2016 population estimate for Bellevue's two main zip codes was 77,862.In the 1950s, Bellevue was a small community which existed primarily to serve the needs of nearby farms. It was mostly along the railroad tracks near the Harpeth River, and had only a few buildings such as a hardware store, post office, and a Masonic lodge hall. I-40 was built through Bellevue in the early 1960s and suburbanization of the community was made official when the United States Postal Service changed the office's designation from "Bellview, Tennessee" to a branch of the Nashville office in the late 1970s.Since the year 2000, Bellevue has grown in population and development in the established areas along Old Hickory Boulevard, Sawyer Brown Road, McCrory Lane, and Tennessee State Highway 100. Three commercial retail hotspots in the Bellevue area are near the Highway 70S/I-40 interchange, at the intersection of Highway 70S and Old Hickory Boulevard; and near the intersection of Old Harding Pike and Highway 100. Bellevue is a popular destination for nature lovers because of several attractions such as the massive Warner Parks that feature miles of paved and unpaved trails for hikers and cyclists, the Harpeth River Greenway, as well as the beginning access point for the multi-state recreational highway known as the Natchez Trace Parkway. Bellevue is the home to One Bellevue Place, a retail lifestyle center on the property formerly known as Bellevue Center Mall on Highway 70S. This shopping area includes a coffee shop, a hotel and numerous restaurants and retail establishments, anchored by a Sprouts Farmer's Market grocery store, AMC Bellevue 12 theatre, and the Bellevue Community Center and Ford Ice Center.On May 2, 2010, the Bellevue area was hard-hit by a devastating flood, but in the following decade it rebounded and experienced transformative residential and commercial development.

Montpier, also known as Nicholas Perkins House, is a two-and-a-half-story brick house built on a stone foundation during 1821–22. It has a gable roof with twin brick chimneys at each gable end. It was built with slave labor. Its original style was Federal, but its facade was modified in the 1859s by addition of a Greek Revival two-tiered portico and a doorway with side lights, corner lights and transom. It was built for Nicholas "Bigbee" Perkins III (1779-1848), of a plantation family. Perkins is notable as the man who recognized Aaron Burr and assisted in Burr's arrest for treason on February 18, 1807.The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1982.
