Stranton Grange Cemetery

Stranton is an area of south Hartlepool in the borough of Hartlepool, County Durham, England. It is a former village and parish. The ancient parish boundaries were the North Sea to the east, Greatham Creek, an arm of the Tees, to the south, the parish of Greatham to the south-west, and the Greatham Beck to the west. In 1831, the parish contained the townships of Stranton, Seaton Carew, and Brierton.The area’s name was last used as an electoral ward name in the 2011 UK Census, with a population of 6,105. It covered most of the town centre with parts of Stranton in the south west of the ward. For the 2015 general election Burn Valley, Headland & Harbour and Victoria replaced the majority of the former ward area.

Rift House is an area of south-west Hartlepool in the borough of Hartlepool, County Durham, England. It has a secondary school with a sixth-form college and two primary schools; English Martyrs, Kingsley and Rift House. It was a ward of the town for the 2011 UK Census, for the 2015 UK general election it was split between two wards Manor House (with Owton) and Foggy Furze.

Hartlepool Sixth Form College, otherwise known as 'HSFC', is one of fewer than 100 specialist sixth form colleges (for ages 16–19) in England.

Owton is an area of south-western Hartlepool in the Borough of Hartlepool, County Durham, England. It is served by three shopping precincts, which include St. Patrick's shops, Wynyard Road shops and Owton Manor Lane shops. It is near the area of Rift House, village of Greatham and less than 2 miles away from Seaton Carew.

Fens Primary School is a mixed primary school and nursery located in the southern area of Hartlepool, County Durham, England. It is overseen by Hartlepool Local Education Authority. Around 430 children are educated in ages 3–11.

Manor Community Academy is a secondary school in the Owton Manor area of Hartlepool, County Durham. It is an academy school which caters for students aged 11 to 16. It is part of the Northern Education Trust. The school has approximately 1218 students.

St Joseph's Church is a Roman Catholic Parish church in Hartlepool, County Durham, England. It was built from 1893 to 1895 and designed by Edward Joseph Hansom, Archibald Matthias Dunn and W. Ellison Fenwicke in the Gothic Revival style. It is located on the corner of Hutton Avenue and St Paul's Road close to the centre of Hartlepool. It is a Grade II listed building. It is also close to an Anglican Church called St Paul's Church.

Middleton Grange is a shopping centre in Hartlepool, England. It was built in 1969 and it was opened by Princess Anne on 27 May 1970. The site of the shopping centre was originally terraced streets that were demolished in the late 1960s.

Royal Air Force Greatham or more simply RAF Greatham is a former Royal Air Force satellite station located in Greatham, County Durham, England. It was also known as RAF West Hartlepool and was located at Hartlepool and was little more than a grass airstrip, a satellite station of RAF Thornaby.

West Hartlepool War Memorial or Victory Square War Memorial or Victoria Square Cenotaph is a war memorial in Hartlepool, County Durham, England commemorating those from West Hartlepool who died in World War I and World War II. The war memorial, created in the 1920s, is located on Victoria Road in Hartlepool's Victory Square. The square was created for this monument.
