The Théâtre du Panthéon was a theatre building in Paris, at 96 (now 46) rue Saint-Jacques (5th arrondissement). It opened in 1832 and closed in 1844. It was named after the nearby Panthéon.

The Quartier de la Sorbonne is the 20th administrative district or 'quartier' of Paris, France. It is located in the 5th arrondissement of Paris, near the jardin du Luxembourg and the Sorbonne, on the Montagne Sainte-Geneviève. The Astronomy Tower of the Sorbonne is a tower at the Sorbonne University's Paris campus built to house an astronomical observatory for its students. The structure was erected during the reconstruction of the Sorbonne, between 1885 and 1901. The tower is 39 meters high, has an upper and lower dome, and includes several rooms. The upper dome houses the telescope, and the lower dome contains an optics workshop for amateurs to make mirrors (previously, a meridian circle was installed in that space). The tower is operated by the Société astronomique de France and is available for tours and amateur observations.

The Collège de France (French pronunciation: ​[kɔlɛʒ də fʁɑ̃s]), formerly known as the Collège Royal or as the Collège impérial founded in 1530 by François I, is a higher education and research establishment (grand établissement) in France. It is located in Paris, in the heart of the Latin Quarter, across the street from the historical campus of La Sorbonne, near the Panthéon. Research and teaching are closely linked at the Collège de France, whose ambition is to teach "the knowledge that is being built up in all fields of literature, science and the arts". It offers high-level courses that are free, non-degree-granting and open to all without condition or registration. This gives it a special place in the French intellectual landscape.

Lycée Français René Cassin d'Oslo (Norwegian: Den Franske skolen i Oslo) is a French international school in Oslo, Norway. The school serves the levels preschool through the final year of lycée, terminale (high school).The school originated from the Vestheim School (Vestheim skole), founded by five people in 1891: Frederik Fredriksen, Nils Grøterud, Wilhelm Myhre, Hans H. K. Hougen, and Ole Jacobe Skattum. In 2017 the Norwegian state gave NOK 4 million to the school because it needed funding to pay for new teachers and school supplies.

The théâtre de Cluny or théâtre Cluny was an entertainment venue located at 71 boulevard Saint-Germain in the 5th arrondissement of Paris, inaugurated in 1864 and closed in 1989.

The Sorbonne ( sor-BON, US also sor-BAWN, French: [sɔʁbɔn] (listen)) is a building in the Latin Quarter of Paris which from 1253 onwards housed the College of Sorbonne, part of one of the first universities in the Western world, later renamed to University of Paris and commonly known as "the Sorbonne". Today, it continues to house the successor universities of the University of Paris, such as Panthéon-Sorbonne University, Sorbonne University, Sorbonne Nouvelle University and Paris City University, as well as the Chancellerie des universités de Paris. Sorbonne Université is also now the university resulting from the merger on 1 January 2018 of Paris 6 UPMC and Paris 4 Sorbonne.

University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne (French: Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne), also known as Paris 1 or Panthéon-Sorbonne University, is a public research university located in Paris, France. It was created in 1971 from two faculties of the historic University of Paris – colloquially referred to as the Sorbonne – after the May 1968 protests, which resulted in the division of one of the world's oldest universities. Most of the law professors of the Faculty of Law and Economics of Paris preferred to perpetuate the faculty as a university, now called Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas University, but most of its professors in Economics, considered as a secondary discipline within the historical faculty of law, preferred to found the multidisciplinary Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne University with professors of the faculty of humanities of Paris and a few professors of law.Panthéon-Sorbonne has three main domains: Economic and Management Sciences, Human Sciences, and Legal and Political Sciences; comprising several subjects such as: Economics, Law, Philosophy, Geography, Humanities, Cinema, Plastic arts, Art history, Political science, Mathematics, Management, and Social sciences.Pantheon-Sorbonne's headquarters is located on the Place du Panthéon in the Latin Quarter, an area in the 5th and the 6th arrondissements of Paris. The university also occupies part of the historical Sorbonne campus. The current name of the university refers to these two symbolic buildings: the Sorbonne and the Panthéon (Saint-Jacques part). Overall, its campus includes over 25 buildings in Paris, such as the Centre Pierre Mendès France ("Tolbiac"), the Maison des Sciences Économiques, among others.Panthéon-Sorbonne was globally ranked 287th (9th of France) in the 2021 QS World University Rankings and 601-800th (32nd of France) in the 2020 The Times Higher Education. It was also ranked by the 2019 QS Rankings by Subject as being 1st in France in Archaeology, History, Law, and Economics. The Collège de Calvi or Calvi or Little Sorbonne, is a college of the University of Paris. The college was founded by Robert de Sorbon in 1271 and it was part of the College of Sorbonne. It was a primary education college where students learned the rudiments of grammar It was merged with the collège des Dix-Huit (English: College of Eighteen; fr:Collège des Dix-Huit). The college, together with the Sorbonne, was suppressed by decree of 5 April 1792, after the French Revolution, and restored in 1808 by Napoleon Bonaparte. Destroyed during the reconstruction of the College of Sorbonne from 1884 until 1889, it occupied the place of the church.

The Sorbonne Grand Amphitheatre is a monumental amphitheatre located in the Sorbonne building in Paris latin quarter. It provides a space for official speeches and events, as well as official ceremonies, degrees and prize awardings by the Sorbonne universities and the Chancellerie des Universités de Paris.Inaugurated on August 5, 1889, the Grand Amphitheatre was registered as a historic monument in 1975 (along with other structures of the Sorbonne complex). It has a capacity of approximately 1000 people.
