Heercleff, also known as Killarney Cliffs, is a historic home located at Springfield, Greene County, Missouri. The house was built in 1921, and is a three-story, dwelling with cobblestone walls and clipped gable roofs. Connected by an arched rock-walled breezeway is an ancillary two-story guesthouse with a large garage. Also on the property are contributing stone retaining walls and a large stairway to the river. It was built by Frances X. Heer, owner and manager of Heer's Department Store in Springfield.: 7 It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2016.

Kickapoo High School is a public high school located in Springfield, Missouri, United States. Having officially opened in October 1971, it is one of five public high schools within Springfield Public Schools. The school is named after its location in a portion of Springfield known as the "Kickapoo Prairie" and after the Native American Tribe. The school's mascot is the "Kickapoo Chief". In 2014, Kickapoo High had about 2,100 students and 100 teachers, making it the largest of Springfield's five high schools. After adjustments were made to district lines, this number dropped to 1,800 in the 2015–2016 school year.

Hammons, the Hall of Fame is housed in a two-story, 32,000-square-foot building. On display are more than 4,000 items of sports memorabilia and exhibits related to Missouri amateur and professional athletics. Various interactive attractions allow visitors to simulate driving a NASCAR race car, stepping into the batters box against a Major League Baseball pitcher, and throwing football passes. Next to the Hall is the Legends Walk of Fame, a plaza-like outdoor setting featuring busts and statuary of notable Missouri sports figures given the yearly Legends Award.

Cassidy Township is a township in northern Christian County, Missouri. The organization date and origin of the name of Cassidy Township is unknown, but there was a settlement located here named Cassidy with a post office established in 1884, which was apparently named after a railroad official.

Air Park South (FAA LID: 2K2) was a public use airport in Christian County, Missouri, United States. It was located three nautical miles (6 km) northwest of the central business district of Ozark, Missouri, and 8 nautical miles (15 km; 9 mi) south of Springfield, Missouri. It was owned by the City of Springfield.In 2001, using federal and state grants, the Springfield-Branson National Airport Board purchased the airport from the City of Ozark, with the intention to use it for general aviation. In 2009, the City of Springfield authorized the airport board to sell the airport, due to the inability to purchase additional land to extend the runway.The airport was listed in FAA records through 2011, but it had been noted as closed indefinitely since 2006.
