The Bichat–Claude Bernard Hospital (French: Hôpital Bichat-Claude-Bernard [opital biʃa klod bɛʁnaʁ]) is located in the 18th arrondissement of Paris, France, and is operated by Assistance Publique – Hôpitaux de Paris (APHP). It was founded in 1881 as l'Hôpital Bichat (after Xavier Bichat), incorporating the units of nearby Hôpital Claude-Bernard upon the latter's demolition in 1970. The Bichat–Claude Bernard Hospital is also a teaching hospital of the University of Paris.

The Stade Bauer (also called the Stade de Paris) is a 10,000-capacity football stadium in Saint-Ouen-sur-Seine in the northern suburbs of Paris. The stadium is mainly used by Red Star F.C. who currently play in Championnat National but have tasted success in the Coupe de France, winning it on five occasions (1921, 1922, 1923, 1928, 1942).

Porte de La Chapelle Arena (also known by its project name Paris Arena II and its trade name Adidas Arena) is a future multipurpose and modular hall located in the Chapelle district in Paris (18th arrondissement). The hall will have a capacity of 8,000 seats for sporting events and 9,000 seats for concerts and shows. It is expected to be delivered in the summer of 2023. It was originally intended to host the wrestling events and men's preliminary basketball tournament of the 2024 Summer Olympics, before hosting the Paralympic table tennis tournament. Finally, the Olympic events of badminton then rhythmic gymnastics take place there, followed by para badminton and athletic strength. As soon as the arena is built, it will become the residence of Paris Basketball, as well as PSG Handball for its large games.

The Montmartre Synagogue (French: Synagogue de la rue Sainte-Isaure) is situated on the Rue Sainte-Isaure, in the 18th arrondissement of Paris. Since 1904 a small Jewish temple has been functioning at this location. In 1907, baron Edmond de Rothschild contributed to its expansion. During the Second World War, in 1941 the synagogue was damaged by far-right French collaborators. · · .

The Thiers wall (Enceinte de Thiers) was the last of the defensive walls of Paris. It was an enclosure constructed between 1841 and 1846 and was proposed by the French prime minister Adolphe Thiers but was actually implemented by his successor. The 33 kilometres (21 mi) long wall and ditch made a complete circuit around the city as it stood at the time of the July Monarchy. It was bombarded by the Prussian Army during the Franco-Prussian War, captured by government troops during the Paris Commune and refortified at the start of the First World War. However, by then it had become obsolete as a fortification, was a barrier to the expansion of the city, and the area immediately outside of it, known as "the zone", had become a shanty town. The wall was demolished in the interwar period; its path today can be traced by the Boulevards of the Marshals which originally ran just behind the fortifications and by the Boulevard Périphérique which was later built just outside. A few remnants of the wall can still be seen.

The Musée d'Art Juif was a private museum of Jewish art located at 42, rue des Saules, in the 18th arrondissement of Paris, France. The nearest Paris Métro station is Lamarck – Caulaincourt on Line 12. The museum was established in 1948 in the Montmartre district of Paris as an homage to the Jewish culture destroyed by the Holocaust. Its first collections were religious objects donated in 1951 by the Jewish Restitution Successor Organization, and subsequently a document collection focusing on European synagogue architecture. Marie Chabchay, the museum's first curator, embarked on building up a collection of graphic works by Russian, German, and Parisian artists. The museum contains twelve rooms with collections including a reconstructed synagogue and synagogue models, ethnological objects, paintings, sculptures, and tomb stones from Prague. In 1998, major portions of its collection were moved to the new Musée d'Art et d'Histoire du Judaïsme in the 3rd arrondissement of Paris.

Notre-Dame de Clignancourt (Our Lady of Clignancourt) is a Roman Catholic church located in the 18th arrondissement of Paris. Completed in 1863, the church takes its name from Clignancourt, a small village in the commune of Montmartre that was annexed to Paris in 1860. It was one of three new parishes created to accommodate the growing population in the northern edge of the city.The cornerstone was laid by the French city planner Georges-Eugène Haussmann in 1859. It was designed in the Neo-Romanesque style by Paul-Eugène Lequeux and completed in 1863. Many valuable pieces of furniture and religious objects were donated by Empress Eugenie, the wife of Napoleon III, but were lost or damaged when the church was pillaged in the violence leading up to the Paris Commune in 1870.The church still contains paintings and frescos by prominent 19th-century artists, including Romain Cazes and Félix-Joseph Barrias, and a large marble sculpture depicting the Pietà. The stained glass windows in the lower part of the church are largely from the Art Deco period. The windows in the choir, depicting the Holy Trinity and the Litany of Loreto, were made by Jacques Le Chevallier in the 1970s.The organ in Notre-Dame de Clignancourt was built by Joseph Merklin. Several prominent musicians are associated with the church. Gabriel Fauré and Victor Sieg both served as organists there. Louis Vierne played the organ for the funeral of the French violinist Henri Adam held at the church in 1890, and the composer André Jolivet attended the church's choir school in his youth.

The 18th arrondissement of Paris (XVIIIe arrondissement) is one of the 20 arrondissements of the capital city of France. In spoken French, this arrondissement is referred to as dix-huitième. The arrondissement, known as Butte-Montmartre, is located on the right bank of the River Seine. It is mostly known for hosting the district of Montmartre which contains a hill known for its artistic history, the Bateau-Lavoir where Pablo Picasso, Georges Braque, and Amedeo Modigliani lived and worked in early 20th century, the house of music diva Dalida, the Moulin Rouge cabaret, other historic features, and the prominent Sacré Cœur basilica which sits atop the hill. The 18th arrondissement also contains the North African and African district of Goutte d'Or which is famous for its market, the marché Barbès, where one can find various products from the African continent.
