John Paul College is an independent, non-denominational Christian early learning, primary, and secondary day and boarding school, located in the Logan City suburb of Daisy Hill, Queensland, Australia. Established in 1982, the school enrolled 1,711 students in 2018, from early learning and Year K to Year 12, of whom two percent identified as Indigenous Australians and 24 percent came from a language background other than English. John Paul International College provides English Language Studies for international students keen to engage in study in Australia.The principal is Craig Merritt. The school is located on a 33-hectare (82-acre) campus, and is a member of The Associated Schools.

Springwood State High School is a Queensland state school located in the Logan City suburb of Springwood. The school opened in 1977 to Grade 8 students with its official opening in 1978. Springwood State High School is situated on 55 acres (220,000 m2) of bushland and includes a lagoon which is used by senior Biology students. Springwood bus station

The Springwood Bus Station, in Springwood, is serviced by Translink bus routes. It is a major interchange for TransLink's Southern Region, being an important stop for Logan City Bus Service routes between Brisbane and Loganholme. The architecture of the station is based upon the steel and glass designs of Brisbane's busway stations. It is in Zone 2 of the Translink integrated public transport system. As part of the upgrade of the Pacific Motorway between Eight Mile Plains and Daisy Hill commenced in 2020, the South East Busway will be extended to Springwood bus station. The Pacific Highway upgrade and the Busway extension is expected to be completed in 2024.
