Edwards in Classical Revival style, and was built by contractors Melby & Standahl. Rusticated limestone forming walls of the basement level is the only true stone used in the building; the ornamental details on the upper stories are made of cast stone.The listing is for an area of 1 acre (0.40 ha) with just the one contributing building.

The Skarsbo Apartments is a group of buildings located at 204 and 210 North Sixth Street, Grand Forks, North Dakota which were added to the National Register of Historic Places on 27 August 2013. The complex consists of two nearly identical brick apartment buildings and an associated caretakers cottage. The buildings are considered to be excellent examples of apartment buildings built in Grand Forks in the late 1920s.

St. Michael's Hospital and Nurses' Residence is a property in Grand Forks, North Dakota that was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1995. It was also known as St. Anne's Guest Home and denoted 32GF14, it was builtin 1907. It was designed by architect George Hancock (1849- 1924). Grand Forks architect William J. Edwards designed the Nurses' Residence in 1913. It includes Classical Revival architecture. When listed the property included two contributing buildings. The listing is for an area of 3.3 acres (1.3 ha). The listing is described in its NRHP nomination document. The property is now known as "Riverside Manor". St. Anne's Guest Home relocated to North 17th Street in the 1981 because they were unable to comply with fire codes in the old building.The building survived the 1997 Red River flood, but was nearly torn down to make way for new dikes. However, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers was able to design a flood wall that would preserve the building.In 2015 a $1.4 million renovation began, focusing on the bricks, roof, and windows. All 191 windows in the building were replaced.

The Kegs is a historic drive-in located in Grand Forks, North Dakota. The restaurant takes the form of two large wooden barrels. The barrel structures were originally built in 1935 as part of a chain of seven walk-up root beer stands called The Barrel by William Harry Muzzy. In 1946 the current drive-in came into being when the barrels were moved to their current location and joined by the rectangular section housing the front counter. The building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2011.

Lyons Garage was a building in Grand Forks, North Dakota that was built in 1929 and was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1982. The rectangular building was built as an expansion of an adjacent Lyons Auto Supply company building that had been built in 1912. The 1912 building was not included in the National Register listing.The Lyons Garage was one of two "outstanding" buildings, both one story and both "done in polychrome brick of yellow and red", that "represent the Tudor Revival", within the Downtown Grand Forks area whose historic resources were surveyed in 1981; the Northern Pacific Depot and Freight House is the other.There had been reported paranormal activity in the building, including the apparition of small man in overalls carrying an old oil can. The property was demolished in February 2022, and was delisted from the National Register in 2023.

Grand Forks freight station is a former freight warehouse in Grand Forks, North Dakota, United States, built for the Great Northern Railway in 1904, during the Second Dakota Boom. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places (NRHP) in 1990 as the Great Northern Freight Warehouse and Depot, at which time it was being renovated into rental apartments.

Grand Forks City Hall is a building in Grand Forks, North Dakota that was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1982. It was built in 1911.It was designed by Grand Forks architect John W. Ross and was built by Northern Construction & Engineering.In a 1981 survey of Downtown Grand Forks historical resources, it was stated this building "is pure Beaux Arts. Rather small in scale and only two storys over a raised basement, the City Hall is faced with ashlar and was similar in mass, style, and materials to the recently razed Carnegie Library which was located nearby.": 5 The listing was for an area of less than one acre with just the one building.

A three-story construction approximately 50 feet (15 m) by 100 feet (30 m) in size, it is recorded as being built in 1895. Constructed of brick, the architectural style has been described as Commercial vernacular.The building, which is at the northern extremity of the historic commercial district, was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1983.

Red River State Recreation Area is part of the Greater Grand Forks Greenway and is located in the city of East Grand Forks, Minnesota on the banks of the Red River of the North and the Red Lake River. It was built as a natural buffer as a direct response to the 1997 Red River flood. The State Recreation Area is owned and managed by the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources.
