The House at 1648 Riverside Drive, also known as the Graber Residence and as 1648 Viets Avenue, was a 1 acre (0.40 ha) property consisting of two buildings in Grand Forks, North Dakota, that was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1994 and delisted in 2023.It included Queen Anne style architecture.The house was lost in the 1997 Red River flood.

St. Michael's Hospital and Nurses' Residence is a property in Grand Forks, North Dakota that was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1995. It was also known as St. Anne's Guest Home and denoted 32GF14, it was builtin 1907. It was designed by architect George Hancock (1849- 1924). Grand Forks architect William J. Edwards designed the Nurses' Residence in 1913. It includes Classical Revival architecture. When listed the property included two contributing buildings. The listing is for an area of 3.3 acres (1.3 ha). The listing is described in its NRHP nomination document. The property is now known as "Riverside Manor". St. Anne's Guest Home relocated to North 17th Street in the 1981 because they were unable to comply with fire codes in the old building.The building survived the 1997 Red River flood, but was nearly torn down to make way for new dikes. However, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers was able to design a flood wall that would preserve the building.In 2015 a $1.4 million renovation began, focusing on the bricks, roof, and windows. All 191 windows in the building were replaced.

Grand Forks Mercantile Building is a property in Grand Forks, North Dakota that was listed on the National Register of Historic Places (NRHP) in 2004. Built in 1898, the building includes Early Commercial architecture. Though the design has in the past been attributed to Grand Forks architect John W. Ross, the architects were Stoltze & Schick of La Crosse, Wisconsin.It is located at 112–118 N Third Street in Grand Forks. Another building, at 124 N 3rd Street, named the Grand Forks Mercantile Co., was built in 1893 and is also listed on the NRHP. Although both buildings are within the Downtown Grand Forks area, only the 1893 one was identified for NRHP listing in a 1981 study of the area. The 1893 one was listed on the NRHP in 1982.

A three-story construction approximately 50 feet (15 m) by 100 feet (30 m) in size, it is recorded as being built in 1895. Constructed of brick, the architectural style has been described as Commercial vernacular.The building, which is at the northern extremity of the historic commercial district, was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1983.

It was used both as a passenger station and a freight warehouse/depot by the Northern Pacific Railway.The station was built in 1929 and includes Tudor Revival architecture. Lyons Garage was a building in Grand Forks, North Dakota that was built in 1929 and was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1982. The rectangular building was built as an expansion of an adjacent Lyons Auto Supply company building that had been built in 1912. The 1912 building was not included in the National Register listing.The Lyons Garage was one of two "outstanding" buildings, both one story and both "done in polychrome brick of yellow and red", that "represent the Tudor Revival", within the Downtown Grand Forks area whose historic resources were surveyed in 1981; the Northern Pacific Depot and Freight House is the other.There had been reported paranormal activity in the building, including the apparition of small man in overalls carrying an old oil can. The property was demolished in February 2022, and was delisted from the National Register in 2023.

The St. Michael's Parochial School at 504 N. 5th Ave. in Grand Forks, North Dakota, USA, also known as St. Michael's School, is a school complex which was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2016.Its original building was designed by Grand Forks architect William J. Edwards and was built in 1916 by the Dinnie Brothers contractors. Two additions to the complex in 1949 and 1953 were designed by South Dakota architect Ursa L. Freed.William J. Edwards also designed the Washington School in Grand Forks, which is also NRHP-listed.
