The Goddard House was a historic house at 12 Catharine Street in Worcester, Massachusetts. Built in 1870, it was a prominent local example of Second Empire architecture, built for a highly placed manager of a major local firm. The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1980; it was demolished in 1979.

The Timothy Paine House, also known as The Oaks, is a historic house at 140 Lincoln Street in Worcester, Massachusetts. Built in the mid-1770s, it is one of the city's oldest buildings, and a good example of Georgian and Federal styling. It was built by Timothy Paine, a note local judge who fled during the American Revolution due to his Loyalist leanings. The house has been owned by the Colonel Timothy Bigelow Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution, since 1914 and uses it as a chapter house. It is open by for tours from May- October or by appointment. The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1976.

The Draper Ruggles House is a historic house at 21 Catharine Street in Worcester, Massachusetts. Built about 1848, it is an important local example of Greek Revival architecture. It is further notable as the home of Draper Ruggles, owner of one of the city's major industrial firms, a plow manufacturer. The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1980.

The Charles Miles House is a historic house at 131 Lincoln Street in Worcester, Massachusetts. Built about 1850, it was one of the city's finest surviving Italianate residences when it was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1980. Many of its exterior features have been lost due to the application of modern siding (see photo).

The Frederick Daniels House is a historic house at 148 Lincoln Street in Worcester, Massachusetts. Built about 1885, it is a well-preserved example of Queen Anne Victorian architecture, home to Frederick H. Daniels before he became president of Washburn and Moen, a leading Worcester industrial firm. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1980.

The Jesse Moore House is a historic house at 25 Catherine Street in Worcester, Massachusetts. Completed in 1891, it is one of the city's well-preserved examples of high-style Queen Anne architecture with Shingle style features. The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1980.

The Addison Prentiss House is a historic house in Worcester, Massachusetts. The house was built c. 1877, and is one of the city's finer Gothic Revival houses built in brick. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1980.

The D. Wheeler Swift House is a historic house at 22 Oak Avenue in Worcester, Massachusetts. Built in 1879–80 to a design by the noted local architect Stephen C. Earle, it is a well-preserved example of Gothic Revival and Stick style design, which was home to a prominent business owner. The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1980.

The Soho Cottage is a historic house at 21 Windsor Street in Worcester, Massachusetts. Built in 1860, it is one of the city's finest surviving examples of Carpenter Gothic architecture, owned and occupied for many years by a prominent local industrialist. The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1980.

The Forest Hill Cottage is a historic cottage at 22 Windsor Street in Worcester, Massachusetts. The 1+1⁄2-story wood-frame house was built in 1860, and is one of the city's best examples of Carpenter Gothic design. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1980.

The William H. Bliss Building is an historic apartment building at 26 Old Lincoln Street in Worcester, Massachusetts. Built in 1888, the four story brick building is one of the few remnants of a once larger development of apartment blocks north of Lincoln Square; most of the other period apartment blocks in the area were demolished by highway development or urban renewal processes. The building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1980.

The Frank McPartland Three-Decker is a historic triple-decker house in Worcester, Massachusetts. Built about 1912, it is a well-preserved instance of a typical modestly styled Colonial Revival three decker, although some architectural details have been lost to subsequent exterior changes. The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1990.
