Addison Prentiss House

The D. Wheeler Swift House is a historic house at 22 Oak Avenue in Worcester, Massachusetts. Built in 1879–80 to a design by the noted local architect Stephen C. Earle, it is a well-preserved example of Gothic Revival and Stick style design, which was home to a prominent business owner. The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1980.

The Goddard House was a historic house at 12 Catharine Street in Worcester, Massachusetts. Built in 1870, it was a prominent local example of Second Empire architecture, built for a highly placed manager of a major local firm. The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1980; it was demolished in 1979.

The Draper Ruggles House is a historic house at 21 Catharine Street in Worcester, Massachusetts. Built about 1848, it is an important local example of Greek Revival architecture. It is further notable as the home of Draper Ruggles, owner of one of the city's major industrial firms, a plow manufacturer. The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1980.

The Jesse Moore House is a historic house at 25 Catherine Street in Worcester, Massachusetts. Completed in 1891, it is one of the city's well-preserved examples of high-style Queen Anne architecture with Shingle style features. The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1980.

The Mary Dean Three-Decker was a historic triple decker house in Worcester, Massachusetts. Built about 1892, it was a relatively rare surviving 19th century "double" triple-decker that had well-preserved Queen Anne styling. The building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1990. It appears to have been demolished sometime after 1999.

The Leonard Sturtevant House is a historic house at 84 Mulberry Street in Worcester, Massachusetts. Built c. 1849, it is a locally distinctive variant of Greek Revival styling, and a rare surviving element of the early development of the city's Belmont Hill area. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1980.

There are two noteworthy triple decker apartment houses built by Erick Kaller in Worcester, Massachusetts. They are located in Worcester's east side Belmont Avenue neighborhood, on the west side of Eastern Avenue north of Belmont Avenue. Both were built about 1894 in the Queen Anne style, and were originally nearly identical. They are wood-frame buildings, covered by hip roofs, and having a conventional side hall plan with a projecting side jog. The front facades are asymmetrical, with projecting polygonal bay windows on the left side, and a single-story porch sheltering the entrance on the right. The principal difference between the two is that 148 Eastern has flared siding skirts below its projecting bay windows, while 146 has plain siding there. Both have lost some of their styling due to subsequent exterior alterations, including the application of modern siding. (see photos) The houses were part of a series built on Eastern Avenue about 1894, a period of rapid growth in the area. Most of the residents were Scandinavian immigrants, employed in wire and steel factories on the city's north side. Erick Kaller was a worker in a local wire factory, and lived at #146. The Kaller family retained ownership of both buildings through the 1920s. They were listed separately on the National Register of Historic Places in 1990.

The George Gale House is a historic house at 15 Elizabeth Street in Worcester, Massachusetts. Built in 1848–49, it is an excellent example of a modest side-hall plan Greek Revival house, a once-common house type of the city's early residential areas. The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1980.

The John Johnson Three-Decker is a historic triple decker house in Worcester, Massachusetts. The house was built c. 1894, and is a distinctive variant of the form, with a central projecting bay section. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1990.

The Eric Bostrom Three-Decker is a historic triple decker house in Worcester, Massachusetts, United States. Built about 1894, it was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1990 for its elaborate Queen Anne porch woodwork, and eaves with decorative brackets. These features have been lost or obscured by subsequent exterior alterations (see photo).
