Tuscany Suites and Casino is an all-suite hotel and casino situated on 27 acres (11 ha) in Paradise, Nevada. The hotel opened in 2001, while the casino opened in 2003.

Key Largo (also known as Quality Inn Key Largo Casino) was a hotel and casino located on 4.85 acres (1.96 ha) of land at 377 East Flamingo Road, one mile east of the Las Vegas Strip, in Paradise, Nevada.The property began in 1974, as the Ambassador Inn hotel. A casino was added in 1978. The property underwent numerous name changes up to 1997, when it was reopened as the Key Largo. The property closed in 2005, to make way for a new high-rise project that failed to materialize. After years of sitting vacant, Key Largo was partially destroyed in a 2013 fire and was subsequently demolished.

The Platinum is a 17-story, 255-unit condo hotel located at 211 East Flamingo Road in Paradise, Nevada, east of the Las Vegas Strip. The project was approved in 2003, and began construction in 2005, as a joint venture between Diversified Real Estate Concepts, Inc. and Marcus Hotels and Resorts. The project was topped out in December 2005, and was opened in October 2006. In 2009, buyers filed lawsuits against Marcus for various allegations; the last of the lawsuits were settled in March 2013.

MSG Sphere at The Venetian is a sphere-shaped music and entertainment arena being built in Paradise, Nevada, near the Las Vegas Strip and east of the Venetian resort. The 17,500-seat auditorium was initially scheduled to open in 2021, but construction was suspended in April 2020 due to a disruption in the project's supply chain, caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. Construction resumed later that year, with the opening rescheduled for 2023.

The Las Ramblas Resort was a proposed mixed-use project that was to be constructed in Paradise, Nevada. The project was to be located on 25 acres (10 ha) of land on Harmon Avenue, east of the Las Vegas Strip. Las Ramblas would have included 11 towers encompassing a hotel and condominium residences for a total of 4,400 units, including 300 hotel rooms. Other amenities would have included a small casino, retail stores, a spa and health club, and nightclubs. The complex would have totaled 8 million sq ft (740,000 m2), and was designed by Arquitectonica. The design was inspired by La Rambla, an open-air street in Barcelona. Las Ramblas was announced in March 2005, as a $2 billion joint project between Centra Properties and The Related Companies. Actor George Clooney and nightclub developer Rande Gerber signed on to invest in the project in August 2005, at which point new amenities had been added to the project that increased its cost to $3 billion. Las Ramblas was scheduled to begin construction in September 2006, with its first phase opening in June 2007. The property for the proposed project was sold for $202 million in June 2006, to Starwood, the developers of the adjacent W Las Vegas resort that was also cancelled.

Silver Sevens Hotel and Casino (formerly known as Terrible's) is a Las Vegas locals casino and hotel 1 mile (1.6 km) east of the Las Vegas Strip, in Paradise, Nevada. Silver Sevens has 370 rooms and a 35,000 sq ft (3,300 m2) casino. Silver Sevens was the host hotel for the Terrible's special events: The Terrible's 250, Terrible's 300, and Terrible's Cup Baja races sponsored by Terrible Herbst.

The Westin Las Vegas Hotel & Spa is a hotel and former casino near the Las Vegas Strip in Paradise, Nevada. The Westin is owned by Highgate and Cerberus Capital Management, and uses the Westin brand under franchise from Marriott International. It is noteworthy for being one of the first Las Vegas resorts to prohibit smoking in almost all parts of the property.

The Las Vegas Strip Circuit is a street circuit around parts of the Las Vegas Strip in Paradise, Nevada, immediately adjacent to Las Vegas, Nevada. It winds through the streets of the city and comprises the Las Vegas Strip, a section of Las Vegas Boulevard that is home to the city's major hotels and casinos. It incorporates some of the most notable landmarks of the city, including the Sphere, Caesars Palace, Bellagio, and Paris Las Vegas. Designed by Carsten Tilke, the son of Formula One circuit designer Hermann Tilke, the circuit broke ground in March 2022 and opened on November 16, 2023, during the weekend of the first Las Vegas Grand Prix.

Rehab was a pool party event held from 2004 to 2018, at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Paradise, Nevada, near the Las Vegas Strip. Rehab popularized the pool party concept in Las Vegas, leading other resorts to begin offering their own versions. Its success also spawned a reality television series, Rehab: Party at the Hard Rock Hotel, which aired from 2008 to 2010.

The 2022 NFL Draft was the 87th edition of the National Football League's annual draft and was held from April 28–30, 2022, at the Caesars Forum on the Las Vegas Strip in Paradise, Nevada. The first round was held on Thursday, April 28, and was followed by the second and third rounds on Friday, April 29. The draft concluded with rounds 4–7 on Saturday, April 30. It was the first draft to be held in Las Vegas. The first five selections were defensive players, the second-most taken at the start of a draft after the six in 1991. Along with the 1972 and 2000 drafts, it marked the third time defensive players were the first two picks after the first three picks in the previous year's draft were quarterbacks. Five Georgia defensive players were also taken during the first round, the most from an individual school in a draft. In addition to the high number of defensive selections, nine offensive linemen were taken in the first round, the most since 2013. Conversely, only one quarterback was selected in the first round at 20th overall, the lowest for a draft's first quarterback since 1997, and no running backs were taken in the first round for the first time since 2014. The draft also saw a record nine draft-day trades with first-round picks, which resulted in less than half of the first round selections being made by the teams that initially owned them. Analysts attributed the high number of trades to eight teams entering the draft without a first-round selection and a general absence of highly-touted prospects.

The Theater at Virgin Hotels Las Vegas, originally known as The Joint, is a theater located on the grounds of the Virgin Hotels Las Vegas in Paradise, Nevada. It opened as The Joint on March 10, 1995, as part of the Hard Rock Hotel (later Virgin Hotels). The venue closed on February 7, 2009, and a new, larger Joint was opened two months later, doubling capacity from 2,000 to 4,000 people. The new Joint hosted various concert residencies. It is a common venue for classic rock and modern rock bands in the Las Vegas Valley. It frequently booked groups who traditionally favor arena types of venues. It also hosted other events such as comedy acts and boxing matches. The hotel and music venue closed in February 2020, for renovations and rebranding as Virgin Hotels. The resort reopened in March 2021, and the theater began hosting performances on September 11, 2021.

W Las Vegas was a planned condo-hotel and casino resort near the Las Vegas Strip in Paradise, Nevada. It was announced in August 2005 as a joint venture between Edge Resorts and minority partner Starwood. The project was initially expected to cost $1.7 billion, and would include approximately 3,000 hotel, condo hotel, and residential units, as well as a 75,000 sq ft (7,000 m2) casino, in addition to restaurants, nightclubs, and shopping. The project initially was to be built on 21 acres (8.5 ha) located east of the Las Vegas Strip. The cost of the project ultimately increased to $2.5 billion. In June 2006, Edge Resorts purchased an adjacent 25-acre (10 ha) site that had been planned for the Las Ramblas Resort. Edge Resorts then planned to build Edge East, a boutique hotel district, on the newly acquired property to accompany W Las Vegas. The project was cancelled when Starwood pulled out of the partnership in May 2007.
