The Lake Geneva region or Lemanic Region (French: Région lémanique, German: Genferseeregion) is the common name of the region of Switzerland encompassing the cantons of Geneva, Vaud and Valais. It is one of the NUTS-2 regions of Switzerland.

The Pharmacy of the Eastern Vaud Hospitals is an inter-hospital pharmacy constituted as a nonprofit organization on 1 January 1984 by seven hospitals in the eastern part of the canton of Vaud, and considered of public interest.In the canton of Vaud, the regional hospitals have created a total of three similar pharmacies to supply them with medicines and provide a local pharmaceutical assistance. The Île de Peilz (Peilz Island) is a minute island at the eastern end of Lake Geneva in Switzerland, close to Villeneuve, Vaud.
