The National Audit Office (Sinhala: ජාතික විගණන කාර්යාලය jātika vigaṇana kāryālaya) is a non-ministerial government department in Sri Lanka. Established in 1799, it is one of the oldest government departments in the country, and is responsible for auditing public organisations. These include all departments of Government, the Offices of the Cabinet of Ministers, the Judicial Service Commission, the Public Service Commission, the Parliamentary Commissioner for Administration, the Secretary-General of Parliament and the Commissioner of Elections, local authorities, public corporations and business or other undertakings vested in the Government under any written law. The head of the department is the Auditor General of Sri Lanka, currently Chulantha Wickramaratne.

Altitude, formerly known as 96 Iconic Tower, is a proposed skyscraper dedicated to the Sri Lankan Victory in the 1996 Cricket World Cup. The project is a joint venture between Wills Realtors (Private) Limited and the Shreepati's Edifice (Private) Limited incorporated in Sri Lanka, a subsidiary company of Shreepati Build Infra Investment Limited of India. The BOI agreement was signed by BOI Chairman Upul Jayasuriya on behalf of the Board of Investment of Sri Lanka and Directors Rakesh Chandra Pandey and Rajan Sirivastav signed on behalf of the Shreepati Group.

Kotte Museum (Sinhala: කෝට්ටේ කෞතුකාගාරය) is an archaeological Museum in Sri Jayawardenepura Kotte, Sri Lanka. It is located at Bangala junction in Ethul Kotte, on the Borella-Pitakotte main road. The museum serves as the regional museum for Western Province of the country and is maintained by Archaeological department of Sri Lanka. The museum was first established in 1992 as E. W. Perera Memorial Museum in Ihala Walawwa, the residence of E. W. Perera, a prominent figure in the Sri Lankan independence movement, and was declared open to the public in 1995. The museum building consists of five exhibition rooms and is used to display a variety of archaeological antiquities recovered from Kotte and its surrounding area. They include various regional flags, clothing, statues, coins, swords, knives, guns, weapons, pottery, maps, and a collection of items used by E. W. Perera and items donated by Douglas Ranasinghe.

The current Minister of Agriculture is Mahinda Amaraweera. The ministry's secretary is B. Wijayaratne.

Welikadawatte, a middle-class housing estate in Rajagiriya, Sri Lanka, was a result of the first co-operative housing scheme in Sri Lanka. In the mid-1950s, Dr. Seneka Bibile, together with Herbert Keuneman, 'Bonnie' Fernando, Anil and Jeanne Moonesinghe and other members of the radical intelligentsia, founded Sri Lanka's first co-operative housing scheme, the Gothatuwa Building Society. The members of the society were drawn from the ranks of the journalists of the "Lake House" publishing group and of the professors of the University of Ceylon. The housing estate was established on land granted through the offices of T. B. Ilangaratne in the Welikada area (Rajagiriya postal area) of Kotte, now the capital of Sri Lanka but then a suburb of Colombo. Originally within a large cinnamon and coconut plantation known as Marandaan Kurunduwatte, it was named Welikadawatte – the Sinhala for "Welikada Gardens". One notable aspect of the scheme was that each of the houses had a distinct design, the architects experimenting with forms new to Sri Lanka at the time. Some of the designs were reminiscent of the approach of Walter Gropius and the Bauhaus – then popularly known as the 'American Style'. The scheme later on expanded considerably, both in size and in population. It attained some fame as an island of intellectual creativity from the mid-1960s onwards. The offices of the Strømme Foundation, the Humanitarian Information Centre for Sri Lanka Rights, and the English Writers' Co-operative of Sri Lanka are located there.

The Department of Registration of Persons (Sinhala: පුද්ගලයින් ලියාපදිංචි කිරීමේ දෙපාර්තමේන්තුව Pudgalayin Liyapadinchi Kirimay Departhamenthuwa) is a government department within the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Sri Lanka, established in 1971. It deals with the registration of persons and the issue of national identity cards, which are mandatory in many areas of public life in Sri Lanka.

The ministry is responsible for formulating and implementing national policy on lands and other subjects which come under its purview. The current Minister of Tourism and Lands is Harin Fernando. The ministry's secretary is W.A. Chulananda Perera.

CMS Sri Jayawardenepura College is a government school in Kotte, Sri Lanka.

The Rajagiriya Flyover (also referred to as the Rajagiriya Bridge) is a flyover built over Sri Jayawardenepura Mawatha in Rajagiriya, Sri Lanka. It is the longest flyover in the country. Initial designing and construction was conducted by Access Engineering on 6 June 2016, with the flyover officially opening to the public on 8 January 2018 (8 January 2018) during an inaugural ceremony with the presence of the President of Sri Lanka Maithripala Sirisena.The flyover cost a total of Rs.4.7 billion and measures 533 m (1,749 ft) long, 21.4 m (70 ft) wide, and consists of a total of four lanes over two spans.
