Kengkou (Chinese: 坑口站; pinyin: Kēngkǒu Zhàn) is a station on the Taoyuan Airport MRT located in Luzhu District, Taoyuan City, Taiwan. The station opened for commercial service on 2 March 2017.

TaiMall (Chinese: 台茂購物中心; pinyin: Tái mào gòuwù zhòng xīn) is a shopping mall in Luzhu District, Taoyuan, Taiwan that opened on July 4, 1999. It is the first American-style shopping mall in Taiwan.

The LPGA Taiwan Championship is a women's professional golf tournament in Taiwan on the LPGA Tour. It debuted as the Sunrise LPGA Taiwan Championship in 2011 at the Sunrise Golf & Country Club in Yangmei. It was the first LPGA tournament ever played in Taiwan. It moved to Miramar Golf Country Club in Taipei and was renamed to the Fubon LPGA Taiwan Championship in 2014. The field is limited to 90 players who will play all 72 holes; however, there is a cut for LPGA season-long points championship purposes at the end of 72 holes of the top 40 and ties. Only the players who make this cut will earn points to qualify for the season-ending CME Group Tour Championship. Nankan New Town (Chinese: 南崁新市鎮; pinyin: Nánkǎn xīn shìzhèn) is a large residential development located at the border of Luzhu District and Guishan District in Taoyuan, Taiwan. It was first proposed as a new town in the 1980s. The project aims to create a town using 32.4 km2 in central Luzhu and northeast Guishan to relocate people from the overcrowded Taipei metropolitan area in response to the emergence of various industries in the area west of Taipei city. The new town has convenient access to the National Freeway 1, which was completed in 1978, and Taoyuan International Airport, which opened in 1979. It currently has a population of about 100,000. Famous buildings in the new town includes EVA Air Headquarters and Gallery & Palace, which is the tallest building in the district.

Monarch Skyline Hotel (Chinese: 尊爵天際大飯店) is a hotel located in Nankan New Town, Luzhu District, Taoyuan City, Taiwan. Opened on 8 August 2008, the 20-storey, 241 ft (73 m) tall hotel has 250 rooms and suites and has facilities such as a business center, spa, lounge bar and gym.

Nanshiang (Chinese: 南祥車站; pinyin: Nánxiáng Chēzhàn) was a railway station on the Taiwan Railways Administration Linkou line located in Guishan District, Taoyuan City, Taiwan.

Chung Yuet Palace (Chinese: 中悅帝寶; pinyin: Zhōngyuè Dìbǎo) is a residential skyscraper complex located in Luzhu District, Taoyuan City, Taiwan. The complex comprises two skyscraper buildings completed in 2006, with a height of 120.95 m (396.8 ft) that comprise 29 floors above ground, as well as 3 basement levels. The complex contains 188 apartment units. As of December 2021, they are the tallest buildings in Luzhu District and 6th tallest in Taoyuan City. Facilities of the condominium include two swimming pools, sauna rooms, gymnasiums, as well as entertainment and leisure facilities, such as billiard rooms, badminton and squash courts, and yoga rooms.

The Linkou Power Plant (traditional Chinese: 林口發電廠; simplified Chinese: 林口发电厂; pinyin: Línkǒu Fādiànchǎng) is a coal-fired power plant in Linkou District, New Taipei, Taiwan. With the previous total installed capacity of 600 MW, the power plant used to be the smallest coal-fired power plant in Taiwan. The power plant is currently undergoing retrofitting to increase its installed generation capacity to 2.4 GW.

The Hai-Fu Power Plant (Chinese: 海湖發電廠; pinyin: Hǎihú Fādiànchǎng) is a 980 MW combined cycle power station located in Luzhu District, Taoyuan City, Taiwan. The station is located 5 km (3 mi) north east of Taoyuan International Airport. The power station runs on natural gas and consists of two KA24-2 turbines. The turnkey project was awarded in 1996 to ABB. The customer is EverPower IPP Co. Ltd. with its head office in Taichung.

Airport Terminal 1 (Chinese: 機場第一航廈站) is a station on the Taoyuan Airport MRT located in Dayuan, Taoyuan City, Taiwan. The station is located under Terminal 1 of Taoyuan International Airport and opened for commercial service on 2 March 2017.This underground station has one island platform and two tracks. Both Express and Commuter trains stop at this station. The station is 171.4 metres (562 ft) long and 17.3 metres (57 ft) wide. It opened for trial service on 2 February 2017, and for commercial service 2 March 2017.Station construction was overseen by the Bureau of High Speed Rail (under the Ministry of Transportation and Communications).

Luzhu District (Chinese: 蘆竹區; pinyin: Lúzhú Qū) is a district in Taoyuan City, Taiwan, home to 165,914 people. The downtown district, known as Nankan, is now a high density, high-rise suburb for many who work in Taipei and Taoyuan City. The first opened shopping center in Taiwan, Taimall, located in Nankan, is a weekend destination for many Taoyuan regional residents. Taimall is located around 2 km (1.2 mi) north-northwest of the Nankan interchange, 25.054083°N 121.288389°E / 25.054083; 121.288389, on National Freeway 1.

The Nankan River (Chinese: 南崁溪; pinyin: Nánkàn Xī; Pe̍h-ōe-jī: Lâm-khàm Khe) is a river in northern Taiwan. It flows through Taoyuan City for 31 km.
