Chung Yuet Palace (Chinese: 中悅帝寶; pinyin: Zhōngyuè Dìbǎo) is a residential skyscraper complex located in Luzhu District, Taoyuan City, Taiwan. The complex comprises two skyscraper buildings completed in 2006, with a height of 120.95 m (396.8 ft) that comprise 29 floors above ground, as well as 3 basement levels. The complex contains 188 apartment units. As of December 2021, they are the tallest buildings in Luzhu District and 6th tallest in Taoyuan City. Facilities of the condominium include two swimming pools, sauna rooms, gymnasiums, as well as entertainment and leisure facilities, such as billiard rooms, badminton and squash courts, and yoga rooms.

TaiMall (Chinese: 台茂購物中心; pinyin: Tái mào gòuwù zhòng xīn) is a shopping mall in Luzhu District, Taoyuan, Taiwan that opened on July 4, 1999. It is the first American-style shopping mall in Taiwan.

Taoyuan Zhongzheng Arts and Cultural Business District (Chinese: 桃園中正藝文特區) is located on the north side of Taoyuan District, Taoyuan City, Taiwan. The total area of Taoyuan Zhongzheng Arts and Cultural Business District is 15.65 hectares. It was designed in the 2000s and developed from the 2010s onward, when Taoyuan City was still Taoyuan County. Taoyuan Zhongzheng Arts and Cultural Business District is one of the prime cultural and central business districts of Taoyuan City. Taoyuan's tallest buildings, such as ChungYuet Royal Landmark and ChungYuet World Center, are located within this area.

Taoyuan Main Public Library (Chinese: 桃園市立圖書館; pinyin: Táoyuán Shìlì Túshūguǎn) is the central library of Taoyuan, Taiwan. It is located on Nanping Road, Taoyuan District, and it is a part of Taoyuan Zhongzheng Arts and Cultural Business District. The main library was estimated to be completed by the end of 2021, and it began trial operation on December 17, 2022. It is the largest local public library and the fourth largest public library in Taiwan by total area, after National Central Library, National Taiwan Library and National Library of Public Information.

Nankan New Town (Chinese: 南崁新市鎮; pinyin: Nánkǎn xīn shìzhèn) is a large residential development located at the border of Luzhu District and Guishan District in Taoyuan, Taiwan. It was first proposed as a new town in the 1980s. The project aims to create a town using 32.4 km2 in central Luzhu and northeast Guishan to relocate people from the overcrowded Taipei metropolitan area in response to the emergence of various industries in the area west of Taipei city. The new town has convenient access to the National Freeway 1, which was completed in 1978, and Taoyuan International Airport, which opened in 1979. It currently has a population of about 100,000. Famous buildings in the new town includes EVA Air Headquarters and Gallery & Palace, which is the tallest building in the district.

Kainan University (KNU; Chinese: 開南大學; pinyin: Kāinán Dàxué; Pe̍h-ōe-jī: Khai-lâm Tāi-ha̍k) is a private university located near Taoyuan International Airport, Taiwan. KNU was founded as Kainan Commercial and Technical High School in 1917. In January 1990, the school was upgraded to Kainan Institute of Technology. Finally in April 2006, the school became Kainan University.Kainan University offers a wide range of undergraduate and graduate programs in various fields, including business, communication, design, law, and hospitality. The university also has a Chinese Language Center that offers courses in Mandarin Chinese for international students.

The ChungYuet World Center, also known as ChungYuet TGA or Wyatt World Center (Chinese: 中悅世界中心; pinyin: Zhōng yuè shìjiè zhōngxīn), is a skyscraper office building located in Taoyuan District, Taoyuan, Taiwan. The building was completed in 2012, with a total floor area of 60,921.61 m2 (655,754.8 sq ft) and a height of 150 m (490 ft) that comprise 32 floors above ground, as well as 4 basement levels.As of December 2020, it is the tallest office building in Taoyuan City, second tallest building in Taoyuan City (after ChungYuet Royal Landmark) and 64th tallest in Taiwan.

Taoyuan American School (TYAS; Chinese: 桃園美國學校; pinyin: Táoyuán Měiguó Xuéxiào) is an American international school in Luzhu District, Taoyuan City, Taiwan. (MOE). The school admits students with non-Republic of China passport and serves grades 1–12. TYAS offers an American-based curriculum. The school has been authorized by the American Institute in Taiwan (AIT) and licensed by the Ministry of Education.
