Hamburg Hauptbahnhof

Steinstraße is an underground rapid transit station located at Deichtorplatz, between Steinstraße and Deichtorwall in the Altstadt of Hamburg, Germany. The station was opened in 1960 and is served by Hamburg U-Bahn line U1.

The Deutsches Schauspielhaus is a theatre in the St. Georg quarter of the city of Hamburg, Germany. It was established in 1901 by the renowned stage actress Franziska Ellmenreich.

The Bust of Alessandro Peretti di Montalto is a portrait sculpture by the Italian artist Gian Lorenzo Bernini. Executed in 1622 and 1623, the sculpture is now in the Kunsthalle Hamburg, in Germany. Although possibly mentioned by one of Bernini's early biographers, the bust had been considered lost and therefore makes no appearance in Rudolf Wittkower's catalogue of Bernini’s sculptures of 1955. However, the bust was identified in the 1980s and is now considered an authentic work by Bernini.

Spitalerstraße is a shopping street in the Altstadt quarter, Hamburg, Germany. The street, a pedestrian zone, is one of the central shopping districts of the city and forms a diagonal junction from Gerhart-Hauptmann-Platz/Mönckebergstraße boulevard in the west to Hamburg Hauptbahnhof/Steintorwall in the east. It is the most frequented street by pedestrians in Hamburg - ahead nearby Mönckebergstraße - and the fifth most frequented street in Germany with 13,070 persons per hour on a Saturday by 2015.

Markthalle Hamburg is a convention center located at Klosterwall, Hammerbrook in the city of Hamburg, Germany. It was designed by the architect Fritz Schumacher and built in 1913. The main hall can hold up to 1,000 people. Many notable artists have performed in the main hall including Phish, B.B. King, Nirvana, Guns N' Roses, U2, AC/DC, Dio, The Police, Alter Bridge, Thomas Mapfumo and Run–D.M.C.Four live albums have been recorded at the venue: Live in Hamburg by Roger Chapman (1979), The Hamburg Tapes by Gotthard (1996), No Holds Barred by Biohazard (1997) and Slip Stitch and Pass by Phish (1997).

The Hamburger Kunsthalle is the art museum of the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg, Germany. It is one of the largest art museums in the country. The museum consists of three connected buildings, dating from 1869 (main building), 1921 (Kuppelsaal) and 1997 (Galerie der Gegenwart), located in the Altstadt district between the Hauptbahnhof (central train station) and the two Alster lakes. The name Kunsthalle indicates the museum's history as an 'art hall' when it was founded in 1850. Today, the museum houses one of the few art collections in Germany that cover seven centuries of European art, from the Middle Ages to the present day. The Kunsthalle's permanent collections focus on North German painting of the 14th century, paintings by Dutch, Flemish and Italian artists of the 16th and 17th centuries, French and German drawings and paintings of the 19th century, and international modern and contemporary art.

The Hamburg Central Bus Station (abbreviated ZOB, German for Zentraler Omnibusbahnhof) is the central station for long-distance coaches in and out of Hamburg. It is located in the St. Georg district near the Hamburg Hauptbahnhof. The building was designed by the architects ASW Architekten Silcher, Werner und Redante from Hamburg and engineering firm Schlaich Bergermann & Partner from Stuttgart. In 2006, the structure received the Outstanding Structure Award from the IABSE. The IABSE described it as a "delightful canopy over a bus station with soaring, transparent cantilevers designed to perfection enhancing the urban infrastructure."

The Deichtorhallen in Hamburg, Germany, is one of Europe's largest art centers for contemporary art and photography. The two historical buildings dating from 1911 to 1913 are iconic in style, with their open steel-and-glass structures. Their architecture creates a backdrop for spectacular major international exhibitions. In 2003 the southern hall was dedicated to the medium of photography, creating the House of Photography. Since 2011, the two buildings at the interface of Hamburg's Kunstmeile and Hafencity have been supplemented by a satellite in Hamburg's Harburg district, the Sammlung Falckenberg.
