United Artists Theatre (Portland, Oregon)

The Union Bank Tower (stylized as UnionBank Tower), formerly known as the Union Bank of California Tower and originally as the Bank of California building (not to be confused with the older Bank of California Building), is an 82 m (269 ft), 15-story office building completed in 1969 in downtown Portland, Oregon. It was briefly the tallest building in the city when it topped-out in 1968, but was soon eclipsed by the Georgia-Pacific Building (now Standard Insurance Center).

The Morgan Building is an office building located in downtown Portland, Oregon, listed on the National Register of Historic Places.The Morgan was home to Theodore Kruse's Rainbow Grill, which opened in October 1913. Kruse had closed his Louvre restaurant, a hotspot in the gay community, after it was a focal point of the 1912 Portland vice scandal. The Rainbow advertised "fat, juicy, delicious" oysters and a "Special Men's Grill" with meat of the diner's choosing. It closed in June 1915.

Darcelle XV Plaza (formerly O'Bryant Square) is a square that was a small park and fountain at the intersection of Southwest Park Avenue and Southwest Harvey Milk Street in downtown Portland, Oregon, in the United States. It received the current name in July 2023. It was named after Hugh O'Bryant, Portland's first mayor.The park has also been known as "Paranoid Park", "Paranoia Park", "Needle Park", and "Crack Park". Aaron Mesh, writing for Willamette Week on an article discussing plans for a park space in Northwest District described city's reluctance to commit to a plaza because "junkie haven O'Bryant Square, or "Paranoid Park"—have been a security hassle."Darcelle XV Plaza is home to Fountain to a Rose, a bronze fountain in the shape of a rose.

The Stevens Building is a commercial and office building located in downtown Portland, Oregon, listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The 12-story building was designed by Whidden & Lewis. The design is similar to the Failing Office Building (1907) and Wilcox Building (1911), also by Whidden & Lewis. Construction began in August 1913 and was completed in 1914, with the building opening on May 1, 1914. The total construction cost was $375,000 (equivalent to $11 million in 2024). The building is approximately 152 feet (46 m) tall.Most of the building's original tenants were doctors and dentists and their patient clinics, and the building's design was adapted for that use. The building was renovated in 1954 to designs by architect Pietro Belluschi.In 2008, it was purchased by the Church of Scientology for $5.38 million, with the expectation of becoming the headquarters for its Portland chapter. In 2010, they bought the Sherlock Building, also located in downtown Portland, after learning that the Stevens Building would be too expensive to renovate for their purposes. The Church sold the building in October 2013 for $4.35 million to Arthur Mutal Investments LLC, who plan to turn it into a hotel.

The Moxy Portland Downtown, often referred to as simply the Moxy Hotel, is a 12-story, 197-room hotel in Portland, Oregon. The Moxy brand is operated by Marriott International. The building was designed by DLR Group for Graves Hospitality.Justin Sutherland opened the sandwich shop Big E in the hotel in 2022. The business vacated the space in 2023.

The Cornelius Hotel is a historic hotel building in downtown Portland, Oregon, United States that is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. It was designed by John V. Bennes's firm, and constructed in 1907–08. It ceased to be used as a hotel by the 1950s. A fire in 1985 left the top three floors of the structure uninhabitable. By the early 1990s, the building had been vacated, and it remained vacant for more than two decades. In 2016–2018, it was joined to the adjacent Woodlark Building, extensively renovated, and converted into a hotel. The Woodlark Hotel opened on December 15, 2018.

Established in 1916, the organization had approximately 1500 members and a paid staff of 4 in 2013. The former Mayor of Portland, Sam Adams, served as executive director 2013 to 2015. The Woodlark Building is a historic commercial building in downtown Portland, Oregon, United States that is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The nine-story building was designed by Doyle, Patterson & Beach, and constructed in 1911–12. It has been described as "one of Portland's earliest commercial skyscrapers". From its completion until 1924, it was the headquarters of two jointly owned and very similarly named pharmaceutical companies based in Portland, the retail Woodard, Clarke & Company, and the wholesale Clarke-Woodward Company. It was converted into an office building in 1924. The retail space on the ground floor, mezzanine and basement has held a variety of businesses, in succession over the building's history, among the longest-lasting ones being a drugstore (1912–1927), a Sherman Clay piano and music store (1930–1974), and an independent shoe store (2000–2016). In 2015, new owners announced plans to join the building to the adjacent Cornelius Hotel (a former hotel) and convert the two buildings into a hotel, with around 150 rooms. The new hotel is named The Woodlark and opened in December 2018.
