Costanera Center

The Costanera Center Torre 2, better known as Gran Torre Santiago (Great Santiago Tower), and previously known as Torre Gran Costanera, is a 62-story tall skyscraper in Santiago, Chile, the second tallest in Latin America (behind Mexico's T.Op Torre 1). It is the fourth-tallest building in the Southern hemisphere by highest architectural feature (behind New Zealand's Sky Tower, Australia's Q1 Tower and Australia 108) and third-tallest by highest occupied floor (after Australia's Australia 108 and Eureka Tower). It was designed by Argentine architect César Pelli, Chilean architects Alemparte Barreda & Asociados, and the Canadian company Watt International.

The Military Cathedral of Our Lady of Mount Carmel (Spanish: Catedral Castrense de Nuestra Señora del Carmen) Also Military Cathedral of Santiago Is a Catholic temple that functions as the episcopal seat of the military bishopric of Chile. It is located in the commune of Providencia, in Santiago the capital of Chile.The church is dedicated to the religious services of the Armed Forces and Carabineros, but it is also open to the rest of the community. Barrio Suecia (Spanish for "Swedish neighborhood") is a section of Santiago, Chile, centered on Calle Suecia ("Sweden Street"), in the upscale Providencia municipality, which once included many pubs, discos and restaurants. Frequently the area is simply referred to as "Calle Suecia." A commonly used pun is formed by changing the word Suecia to sucia, Spanish for "dirty", because the area is notorious for drunkenness and debauched nightlife. The amount of venues on Calle Suecia is now much less than previously with many having closed down.

Torre de la Industria (Spanish for Industry Tower) is a high-rise office building in the Las Condes district of Santiago, Chile. Built between 1993 and 1994, the tower stands at 120 m (390 ft) tall with 32 floors and is the current 8th tallest building in Chile.

Sanhattan, a portmanteau of Santiago and Manhattan, is the popular ironic sobriquet given to Chile's capital Santiago's high-end financial district. It is located to the northeast of the capital, in the western end of the Las Condes commune between the Mapocho River and the Américo Vespucio avenue, in the barrios known as El Bosque Norte and El Golf. The main street crossing Sanhattan is Avenida Apoquindo. A narrower definition puts Sanhattan between Andrés Bello and Vitacura avenues, from their intersection down to Nueva Los Leones avenue. The area is home to many new and very expensive buildings housing offices, restaurants, hotels, shopping centers and banks. Two of the tallest buildings in South America are located there: Titanium La Portada, 55 stories and 194 m tall, and Gran Torre Santiago, at 300 m tall and 63 stories, located in the neighboring Providencia commune.

Tobalaba is a station on the Santiago Metro in Chile, the northern terminus of Line 4 and is the closest station to the Costanera Center. The Line 1 station was opened on 22 August 1980 as part of the extension of the line from Salvador to Escuela Militar. It became an interchange station between Line 1 and the Line 4 on 30 November 2005, when the section of Line 4 between Tobalaba and Grecia was opened, and the appearance of the station was altered.

Los Leones is a station of the line 1 of the Santiago Metro in Chile, and is the northern terminus of the line 6. The station is named for the nearby Los Leones Avenue. Located in the heart of the commercial area of Providencia, some of its entrances are integrated into the retail lower levels of buildings. A ceramic mosaic by the artist Ramón Vergara Grez was installed in 1993.The Line 1 station was opened on 22 August 1980 as part of the extension of the line from Salvador to Escuela Militar. It became an interchange station between Line 1 and Line 6 on 2 November 2017 when the inaugural section of Line 6, between Cerrillos and Los Leones, was opened.

Titanium La Portada is an office building in Santiago, Chile. Located in the capital's high-end financial district of El Golf, it is the second tallest skyscraper in the country. Construction began in January 2007, and was completed in January 2010. It was surpassed in height by the then unfinished Gran Torre Santiago in November 2010. It was officially inaugurated on May 3, 2010. The architects are Abraham Senerman and Andrés Weil.

Fundación Educacional Santiago College is a private educational (PK-12) institution in Santiago, Chile, founded in 1880. It was founded by American Methodist Ira H. La Fetra and his wife as a girls boarding school. In March 1972 the school became co-ed.
