The Ecuadorian ambassador in Santiago de Chile is the official representative of the Government in Quito to the government of Chile.

Los Leones is a station of the line 1 of the Santiago Metro in Chile, and is the northern terminus of the line 6. The station is named for the nearby Los Leones Avenue. Located in the heart of the commercial area of Providencia, some of its entrances are integrated into the retail lower levels of buildings. A ceramic mosaic by the artist Ramón Vergara Grez was installed in 1993.The Line 1 station was opened on 22 August 1980 as part of the extension of the line from Salvador to Escuela Militar. The Military Cathedral of Our Lady of Mount Carmel (Spanish: Catedral Castrense de Nuestra Señora del Carmen) Also Military Cathedral of Santiago Is a Catholic temple that functions as the episcopal seat of the military bishopric of Chile. It is located in the commune of Providencia, in Santiago the capital of Chile.The church is dedicated to the religious services of the Armed Forces and Carabineros, but it is also open to the rest of the community. The current rector of the Cathedral is the Military Chaplain Jaime Casals Cirer. During the nineteenth century was the chapel of Lo Bravo, which since 1900 became the Parish of St. Ramon. The Cathedral was blessed on March 17, 1986, and was consecrated on December 27, 1994 (feast of St. John the Evangelist).

The Costanera Center is a business and commercial complex that includes a six-floor shopping mall, the Gran Torre Santiago and three other skyscrapers – two high-end hotels and an office building. The complex is located in the commune of Providencia, Santiago, Chile, and is owned by the holding Cencosud. The tallest of the four buildings, the Torre Costanera, was designed by architect César Pelli and is 300 metres (980 ft) tall, making it the tallest building in Latin America and the third tallest in the Southern Hemisphere after Indonesia's Autograph Tower in Jakarta at 388m tall and Australia's Q1 on the Gold Coast at 322 metres (1,056 ft) tall. Of the two other buildings in the complex, one will be 170 metres (560 ft) high and the other only four stories. Construction was put on hold in January 2009 as a consequence of the late 2000s recession, as the developers were concerned that they would not be able to find tenants if completed by the originally proposed date. After the recession reached its end, Cencosud announced the construction would resume on December 16, 2009. The construction process restarted at the end of 2010. On February 14, 2012, the Gran Torre Santiago reached 300 meters and became the tallest building in South and Latin America.

The Costanera Center Torre 2, better known as Gran Torre Santiago (Great Santiago Tower), and previously known as Torre Gran Costanera, is a 62-story tall skyscraper in Santiago, Chile, the second tallest in Latin America (behind Mexico's T.Op Torre 1). It is the fourth-tallest building in the Southern hemisphere by highest architectural feature (behind New Zealand's Sky Tower, Australia's Q1 Tower and Australia 108) and third-tallest by highest occupied floor (after Australia's Australia 108 and Eureka Tower). It was designed by Argentine architect César Pelli, Chilean architects Alemparte Barreda & Asociados, and the Canadian company Watt International.

The Ciudad del Niño Presidente Juan Antonio Ríos (City of the Child President Juan Antonio Rios), known as Ciudad del Niño Presidente Ríos or only as a City of the Child was a shelter for abandoned children that was established by the Council for Defense of the Child on 23 December 1943 as a proposal of Minister of state and chairman of the Defense of Children Oscar Gajardo Villarroel, was a boarding school with, policlinico, theater, athletic fields, plazas and gardens similar to a city that only children, the proposal was sent to then-President Juan Antonio Rios and was accepted and sponsored by the First Lady Marta Ide Rios. Fundación Educacional Santiago College is a private educational (PK-12) institution in Santiago, Chile, founded in 1880. It was founded by American Methodist Ira H. La Fetra and his wife as a girls boarding school. In March 1972 the school became co-ed.

Torre de la Industria (Spanish for Industry Tower) is a high-rise office building in the Las Condes district of Santiago, Chile. Built between 1993 and 1994, the tower stands at 120 m (390 ft) tall with 32 floors and is the current 8th tallest building in Chile.

Sanhattan, a portmanteau of Santiago and Manhattan, is the popular ironic sobriquet given to Chile's capital Santiago's high-end financial district. It is located to the northeast of the capital, in the western end of the Las Condes commune between the Mapocho River and the Américo Vespucio avenue, in the barrios known as El Bosque Norte and El Golf. The main street crossing Sanhattan is Avenida Apoquindo. A narrower definition puts Sanhattan between Andrés Bello and Vitacura avenues, from their intersection down to Nueva Los Leones avenue. The area is home to many new and very expensive buildings housing offices, restaurants, hotels, shopping centers and banks. Two of the tallest buildings in South America are located there: Titanium La Portada, 55 stories and 194 m tall, and Gran Torre Santiago, at 300 m tall and 63 stories, located in the neighboring Providencia commune.

Tobalaba is a station on the Santiago Metro in Chile, the northern terminus of Line 4 and is the closest station to the Costanera Center. The Line 1 station was opened on 22 August 1980 as part of the extension of the line from Salvador to Escuela Militar. It became an interchange station between Line 1 and the Line 4 on 30 November 2005, when the section of Line 4 between Tobalaba and Grecia was opened, and the appearance of the station was altered.

Pedro de Valdivia is an underground metro station on the Line 1 of the Santiago Metro, in Santiago, Chile. The station is named for the nearby Pedro de Valdivia Avenue, which in turn was named for Pedro de Valdivia. It was opened on 22 August 1980 as part of the extension of the line from Salvador to Escuela Militar.The platform level features a vaulted drop ceiling of stained glass. A second work of art is entitled La Ciudad (The City), which consists of four enameled steel murals placed on the walls of the four platform stairways. Both artworks were unveiled on January 13, 1999.

The Universidad Autónoma de Chile (UAutónoma) is a private Chilean university. It has campuses in Temuco, Talca and Santiago (Providencia and Llano Subercaseaux). It is affiliated to SUA (Single Admission System of Rector's Council of Chilean Universities.The university is accredited by CNA-Chile (National Accreditation commission) for a term of 4 years (a maximum of seven years), from October 2019 to October 2023.
