Casalgrande (Reggiano: Càsalgrând) is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Reggio Emilia in the Italian region Emilia-Romagna, located about 50 kilometres (31 mi) west of Bologna and about 15 kilometres (9 mi) southeast of Reggio Emilia. As of 8 January 2017, it had a population of 19,215 and an area of 37.7 square kilometres (14.6 sq mi).The municipality of Casalgrande contains the frazioni (subdivisions, mainly villages and hamlets) Boglioni, Casalgrande Alto, Dinazzano, Salvaterra, San Donnino di Liguria, Sant'Antonino, Veggia and Villalunga. Casalgrande borders the following municipalities: Castellarano, Formigine, Modena, Reggio Emilia, Rubiera, Sassuolo, Scandiano.

Albinea (Reggiano: Albinèa or La Fôla) is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Reggio Emilia in the Italian region Emilia-Romagna, located about 60 kilometres (37 mi) west of Bologna and about 10 kilometres (6 mi) southwest of Reggio nell'Emilia. A document shows that in 980 Holy Roman Emperor Otto II recognized the existence and rights of the ancient Pieve (parish church) of Albinea. From 1070 it was a possession of the bishops of Reggio, who also had a place here. Later, from 1412, it was a fief of the Manfredi family, who held it until 1730. Albinea borders the following municipalities: Quattro Castella, Reggio Emilia, Scandiano, Vezzano sul Crostolo, Viano. Albinea was for the most part of its history a rural village; nowadays, a pleasant landscape, between the plains and the lowest hills of the Apennines, a nice climate, and the opportunities of a developed centre have made Albinea an elegant and comfortable place. The short distance from Reggio Emilia allows many citizens to commute daily.

Castellarano (Reggiano: Castlarân) is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Reggio Emilia in the Italian region Emilia-Romagna, located about 45 kilometres (28 mi) west of Bologna and about 20 kilometres (12 mi) southeast of Reggio Emilia. The station opened in 1859 and is located on the Milan–Bologna railway, Reggio Emilia–Ciano d'Enza railway, Reggio Emilia–Guastalla railway and Reggio Emilia–Sassuolo railway. The train services are operated by Trenitalia and Ferrovie Emilia Romagna. The station is currently managed by Rete Ferroviaria Italiana (RFI). However, the commercial area of the passenger building is managed by Centostazioni. Each of these companies is a subsidiary of Ferrovie dello Stato (FS), Italy's state-owned rail company. The city gained a high-speed railway station in June 2013, Reggio Emilia AV Mediopadana railway station.

Stadio Enzo Ricci is a multi-use stadium in Sassuolo, Italy. It holds 4,008 people. It was used as professional football club U.S. Sassuolo Calcio's home ground prior to their promotion to Serie B in 2008, when it agreed on a move to the larger Stadio Alberto Braglia in Modena. The club has continued to use the ground for training.In 1983, the stadium was named after Enzo Ricci, a local doctor and club patron.
