Rosalie RSL Hall is a heritage-listed school of arts at 50 Elizabeth Street, Paddington (formerly Rosalie), City of Brisbane, Queensland, Australia. It was designed by Hall & Prentice and built from 1927 to 1928 by W Moody. It is also known as Rosalie School of Arts Commemoration Hall. It was added to the Queensland Heritage Register on 6 September 2005.

Rosalie Community Kindergarten and Preschool is a heritage-listed kindergarten at 57 Elizabeth Street, Paddington (formerly Rosalie), City of Brisbane, Queensland, Australia. It was designed by Arnold Edward Brooks and built in 1935 by Ralph Alexander Lind. It is also known as Rosalie Kindergarten and The Little Citizens Free Kindergarten. It was added to the Queensland Heritage Register on 27 September 2002.

Boondah is a heritage-listed detached house at 50 Howard Street, Paddington, City of Brisbane, Queensland, Australia. It was apparently designed by Richard Gailey and built c. 1907. It was added to the Queensland Heritage Register on 11 June 1993.

The M5 Legacy Way (formerly Northern Link Tunnel) is a 4.6 kilometres (2.9 mi) long tunnel linking the Western Freeway at Toowong and the Inner City Bypass at Kelvin Grove, Brisbane. The project consisted of two bored tunnels carrying two motorway grade lanes of traffic in each direction. It opened on 25 June 2015 and is the fourth of five components of Brisbane City Council's TransApex Project. The tunnels will be tolled for approximately 45 years.The Environmental Impact Statement was released for public comment in September 2008 and approved in April 2010. Construction commenced in April 2011 with original plans to open the tunnel to traffic in late 2014. It carries approximately 20,000 vehicles a day and has reduced travel time between the Centenary Bridge and the Inner City Bypass by 71%.The project was funded through council borrowings, together with a state and federal government contribution.

Sacred Heart College, also known as Marist Brothers Rosalie, was a Catholic boys' college located in Paddington, an inner western suburb of Brisbane, Queensland, Australia. The college had been a high school for students in grades 8 to 12, but was closed at the end of 2008. Some of the school buildings were heritage-listed on the Queensland Heritage Register in 2008.

Marist Brothers College Rosalie Buildings are heritage-listed Roman Catholic monastery and school buildings at Fernberg Road, Rosalie, City of Brisbane, Queensland, Australia. They are also known as Marist Brothers' Monastery and Marist College. They were added to the Queensland Heritage Register on 18 September 2008.The school closed in November 2008 due to declining student numbers. However, the campus contains to be used by the Marist Brothers and the local Catholic parish.

Baroona is a heritage-listed villa at 90 Howard Street, Paddington, City of Brisbane, Queensland, Australia. It was designed by Benjamin Backhouse and built c. 1886. It was added to the Queensland Heritage Register on 21 October 1992.

Lucerne on Fernberg is a heritage-listed detached house at 23 Fernberg Road, Paddington, City of Brisbane, Queensland, Australia. It was built from 1859 to 1862 and is believed to be the oldest privately owned residence in Brisbane. It was added to the Queensland Heritage Register on 21 October 1992.

Milton Courts (now Frew Park) was a tennis venue located in Milton, Brisbane, Queensland, Australia. The complex consisted of 19 hard courts and four grass courts. The main arena seated 7,000 people and opened in 1915. Robert Dickson Alison Frew was the president of the Queensland Lawn Tennis Association (later Tennis Queensland) from 1910 to 1930. He was the driving force behind the creation of the tennis centre. It hosted eight Australian Open/Championships, including the first tournament where professionals were allowed in 1969. In addition, it staged three Davis Cup finals, in 1958, 1962, and 1967. English rock band The Rolling Stones performed at the venue during their 1973 Pacific Tour on 14 February 1973. The venue closed in 1999 because of heavy financial losses by Tennis Queensland. The land was sold in 2002 and the complex demolished.In 2014, the site was redeveloped by the Brisbane City Council as Frew Park, a combined park and tennis centre. Frew Park was opened on 29 November 2014 and is named after Robert Frew. Frew Park is made up of Roy Emerson Tennis Courts, Wendy Turnbull Green, Fay Muller Rebound Wall and is also home of the Stefan Tennis Racket. It is a key part of the Brisbane Tennis Trail. Brisbane hairdresser Stefan Ackerie had rescued his 7-metre (23 ft) tennis racquet icon (based on the Aldila brand) that was originally over the Milton Tennis Centre when it was demolished (he had sponsored the Queensland Tennis Open competition at that site) and 15 years later in June 2014 had it re-erected over the Frew Park.
