It was built about 1856, and is a large 2+1⁄2-story, five-bay, Federal style brick dwelling on a stone foundation. It has a two-story brick side ell, side-gable roof, and flat topped door and window openings.: 5 It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2000.

The farmhouse was built about 1882, and is a two-story, central passage plan, red brick I-house. A rear ell was added about 1900 and extended about 1945. It sits on a rubble stone foundation and has a gable roof. It features a two-story porch. Also on the property are the contributing large barn (1897), two concrete silos, a poultry house, corn crib, feed-mixing shed, an old storage shed, garage and granary.: 2–3 It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1980.

The Washington Bridge was a cantilever truss bridge over the Missouri River at Washington, Missouri over which Route 47 passed between Franklin County, Missouri and Warren County, Missouri. It has also been known as the Route 47 Missouri River Bridge.The bridge was built in 1934. Its main span was 474.6 feet (144.7 m) and it had a total length of 2,561.3 feet (780.7 m) and a deck width of 22 feet (6.7 m). Its vertical clearance was 14.6 feet (4.5 m). The bridge carried one lane of automobile traffic in each direction.

Charrette Creek is a stream in Warren County in the U.S. state of Missouri. It is a tributary of the Missouri River. The headwaters of the stream are at 38°43′54″N 91°00′29″W and the confluence with the Missouri is at 38°33′36″N 90°59′59″W. The stream enters the Missouri River floodplain two miles west of Marthasville and joins the Missouri about four miles to the east just north of Washington.Charrette Creek most likely has the name of a French frontiersman, possibly Joseph Chorette. Many variant forms of the name have been recorded, including "Charet Creek", "Charette Creek", "Cherette River", "Cherrette Creek", "Chorette Creek", "Choritte Creek", "La Charrette", and "Rivera a Chouritte".

Fore Shoe Company Building, also known as the Washington Shoe Company Building and Kane Dunham & Kraus Shoe Company Building, is a historic shoe factory building located at Washington, Franklin County, Missouri. The original section was built in 1925, and is a two-story, reinforced concrete and wood beam structure sheathed in brick. A two- and three-story brick addition was built in 1927, and is of steel frame construction. The building features a prominent brick smoke stack and measures approximately 58,000 square feet of floor space. The factory closed in 1971.: 5, 19 It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2005.
