Kensington New Town is an area of housing in Kensington, London, which was developed in the early 19th century. It lies to the south of Kensington High Street and to the southwest of Kensington Gardens.

56–58 Queen's Gate Terrace is a pair of Grade II listed houses in Queen's Gate Terrace, Kensington, London SW7, built in 1863–65 by the architect Charles Gray.The ground floor of number 58 also has an entrance on 15 Gloucester Road, and is occupied by the Da Mario Pizzeria.

10 Palace Gate is an apartment block in Palace Gate, in the Kensington area of London, England, designed by Wells Coates. Completed in 1939 for the builder Randall Bell, the building is a Modernist structure in the tradition of Le Corbusier and Walter Gropius, both of whom influenced Coates' work. Coates applied his own three-two system of spatial layout within this building for the first time, an idea he used to create variety within the units. The design, which divides the building into floors at various heights, enables the public spaces to be large and with high ceilings, while private portions of the flat such as bedrooms, bathrooms, service rooms and corridors were smaller in scale. In recent years heritage specialist - design & build contractor PAVEHALL PLC have sensitively refurbished and restored the entire building. The building is of significant interest to the 20th Century Society. The building is Grade II* listed.

Palace Gate is a street south of Kensington Gardens in London, England. It was previously part of Gloucester Road, and was initially developed in the 1860s.1a Palace Gate and 10 Palace Gate are both Grade II* listed buildings. The street is home to part of the Embassy of South Korea and the Zambian High Commission ("Zambia House") at 2 Palace Gate, former home of the Victorian Pre-Raphaelite artist Sir John Everett Millais (1829–1896), with a blue plaque.

These two roads run south, perpendicular to Kensington Road, but the name Hyde Park Gate also applies to the houses on the south side of that road between Queen's Gate and De Vere Gardens.It is known for being a former residence and the death place of Sir Winston Churchill. Kynance Mews is a mews street in South Kensington district of the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea in London, SW7. The mews consists of 33 residential properties on a setted road that passes from Gloucester Road on the east, before being bisected by Launceston Place, with the western end of the mews ending in a cul-de-sac. The entrances to the mews pass through three arches, each listed Grade II on the National Heritage List for England. The arches were built c. 1860 to a design by Thomas Cundy III.David Tucker in his 2009 book London Walks: London Stories wrote that Kensington is home to the "prettiest and most unusual" mews, and that Kynance Mews was the mews for those who want "sheer rustic rose-petal-perfect-pretty". In their 1982 book The Mews of London, Barbara Rosen and Wolfgang Zuckermann wrote that upon entering the western end of the mews from Launceston Place, "one can easily forget London and imagine oneself in a village deep in the English countryside". The mews is a popular place for Instagram photographs; having been described as "Insta-famous" and has been listed as one of the most "instagrammable" places to photograph wisteria in London by the Evening Standard.
