Hotel Washington, also known as the Washington Tower, is a historic hotel building located at Indianapolis, Indiana. It was built in 1912, and is a 17-story, rectangular, Beaux-Arts style steel frame and masonry building. It is three bays wide and consists of a three-story, limestone clad base, large Chicago style window openings on the fifth to 13th floors, and arched window openings on the 17th floor. It is located next to the Lombard Building. The building has housed a hotel, apartments, and offices.: 2–3 It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1980. It is located in the Washington Street-Monument Circle Historic District.

Marott's Shoes Building is a historic commercial building located at Indianapolis, Indiana. It was built in 1899–1900, and is a seven-story, four-bay, rectangular, Tudor Revival style building faced in white terra cotta. It has large Chicago style window openings on the upper floors. It features Tudor arched windows on the top floor and a crenellated parapet. It is located next to the Lombard Building.: 2–3 It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1983. It is located in the Washington Street-Monument Circle Historic District.

The W. T. Grant fire was a major conflagration in downtown Indianapolis, Indiana, U.S. It began in the early afternoon hours of November 5, 1973. It was one of the most extensive and costliest commercial fires in the city's history, totaling at around $15 million (1973) worth of damages, and affected 15 buildings and 84 individual businesses with the resulting fire or water damage.

Thomas Building was a high rise building in Indianapolis, Indiana. It was completed in 1895 and had 13 floors. It was primarily used for office space. It was heavily damaged in the W. T. Grant fire on November 5, 1973 and subsequently demolished.

The Hilbert Circle Theatre, originally called the Circle Theatre, is in Indianapolis, Indiana, on Monument Circle in the Washington Street-Monument Circle Historic District. It was originally built in 1916 as a "deluxe movie palace" and now is the home of the Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra.: 2–3 The theatre was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1980.

The Barnes and Thornburg Building is a high rise in Indianapolis, Indiana originally known as the Merchants National Bank Building. In 1905, the Merchants National Bank and Trust Company engaged the architectural firm of D. H. Burnham & Company of Chicago to design a new bank headquarters on the southeastern corner of the Washington and Meridian streets, the most important intersection in Indianapolis. Initial occupancy of the lower floors took place in 1908, while the upper floors were not completed until 1912.

Washington Street–Monument Circle Historic District is a national historic district located at Indianapolis, Indiana, United States, covering the first two blocks of East and West Washington and Market streets, the south side of the 100 block of East Ohio Street, Monument Circle, the first block of North and South Meridian Street, the first two blocks of North Pennsylvania Street, the west side of the first two blocks of North Delaware Street, the east side of the first block of North Capitol Avenue, and the first block of North Illinois Street. In total, the district encompasses 40 contributing buildings and 2 contributing structures in the central business district of Indianapolis centered on Monument Circle. It developed between about 1852 and 1946, and includes representative examples of Italianate, Greek Revival, and Art Deco style architecture. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1997.

Circle Tower is a 14-story high rise at 55 Monument Circle in Indianapolis, Indiana, United States. The building is a contributing property of the Washington Street–Monument Circle Historic District, which was listed in the National Register of Historic Places in 1997. The building was designed by Rubush & Hunter and is an example of Art Deco architecture. The building features ziggurat-like upper floors to circumvent a 108 ft (33 m) height restriction which was set by the city planners. Another design element is the use of Egyptian motifs and artwork.

Selig's Dry Goods Company Building, also known as Morrisons/Em-roe Sporting Goods Company, is a historic commercial building located at Indianapolis, Indiana. It was built in 1924, and is a seven-story, rectangular, Beaux-Arts style building with a white terra cotta and aluminum front facade. It was remodeled in 1933. The building features tinted plate glass windows and a terra cotta Roman thermal window-like screen at the top floor. The building housed the Selig's Dry Goods Company, in operation until 1933.: 3–4 It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1984. It is located in the Washington Street-Monument Circle Historic District.

H. P. Wasson and Company, aka Wasson's, was an Indianapolis, Indiana, based department store chain founded by Hiram P. Wasson. Its flagship store, the H. P. Wasson & Company Building, was built in 1937 and is listed on the U.S. National Register of Historic Places.

Giorgio's Pizza is a pizzeria in Indianapolis, in the U.S. state of Indiana. Giorgio and Bettina Migliaccio opened Giorgio's in 1990, near Monument Circle. Elif Ozdemir and George Stergiopoulos are the current co-owners. In addition to New York-style pizza, the business serves calzones, pastas, salads, and sandwiches. Giorgio's has garnered a positive reception.

One North Pennsylvania, formerly known as the Odd Fellows Building, is a neo-classical high-rise building in Indianapolis, Indiana. It was completed in 1908 and has 16 floors. It is primarily used for office space. Indianapolis-based Loftus Robinson LLC closed on the building on March 24, 2017, from Hollywood, Florida-based Naya USA Investment & Management LLC. Loftus Robinson plans to renovate the building's exterior and interior with the help of federal historic tax credits. The building is slated to become a Kimpton Hotel.
