110 East Washington Street is a high rise in Indianapolis, Indiana. The building, which is now the "110 Condos", was originally built in 1921–1922 as the main office for National City Bank. This bank (which was not related to the National City Bank of Cleveland, Ohio) closed during the Roosevelt Bank Holiday of 1933, was found to be insolvent, and did not reopen. The building later became the home of The Morris Plan Savings and Loan, which had a much smaller office on North Delaware Street. The same fate, however, befell the Morris Plan years later in the late 1980s, when it, too, was found to have irregularities by the federal regulators and was forced into a purchase by Summit Bank of Fort Wayne, only to be purchased by INB (Indiana National Bank), which was soon thereafter itself purchased by the National Bank of Detroit (NBD). The offices of the bank were closed, but the banking floor (now the Adobo Grill space) stayed open until being merged with NBD's branch at Jefferson Plaza. Soon after the building closed in 1994, the contents were auctioned and it sat vacant until 2001 when The Indianapolis Star reported that the building was being converted into condos. The reasons for the long vacancy were the lack of financial interest in condos and vacant office space downtown in the 1990s, combined with a complex ownership situation in which the bank owned part of the land and several heirs to an earlier property owner owned the rest. It took lengthy negotiation to get the land ownership resolved. Construction of condos in the vacant space started in 2001, and the first owners occupied the newly renovated building in 2002. At present the building is fully occupied with a mix of mostly owners with some renters. Adobo Grill, an upscale Mexican restaurant and tequila bar occupies the first and second floors.

Hotel Washington, also known as the Washington Tower, is a historic hotel building located at Indianapolis, Indiana. It was built in 1912, and is a 17-story, rectangular, Beaux-Arts style steel frame and masonry building. It is three bays wide and consists of a three-story, limestone clad base, large Chicago style window openings on the fifth to 13th floors, and arched window openings on the 17th floor. It is located next to the Lombard Building. The building has housed a hotel, apartments, and offices.: 2–3 It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1980. It is located in the Washington Street-Monument Circle Historic District.

The W. T. Grant fire was a major conflagration in downtown Indianapolis, Indiana, U.S. It began in the early afternoon hours of November 5, 1973. It was one of the most extensive and costliest commercial fires in the city's history, totaling at around $15 million (1973) worth of damages, and affected 15 buildings and 84 individual businesses with the resulting fire or water damage.

Untitled (Urban Wall) is an outdoor mural by Austrian artist Roland Hobart located at 32 North Delaware Street in downtown Indianapolis, Indiana. The mural originally occupied two exterior walls of two four-story commercial buildings at this site. The mural was commissioned by the City of Indianapolis for the Indianapolis Urban Walls Project in 1973. Fabrication of the mural began in September 1973 and finished by the end of the year.

Lombard Building is a historic commercial building located at Indianapolis, Indiana. It was built in 1893, and is a six-story, rectangular, Renaissance Revival style masonry, iron, and timber-framed building. The two center bays are subtly bowed on the upper stories. It is located between the Marott's Shoes Building and former Hotel Washington.: 2–3 It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1982. It is located in the Washington Street-Monument Circle Historic District.

Thomas Building was a high rise building in Indianapolis, Indiana. It was completed in 1895 and had 13 floors. It was primarily used for office space. It was heavily damaged in the W. T. Grant fire on November 5, 1973 and subsequently demolished.

Giorgio's Pizza is a pizzeria in Indianapolis, in the U.S. state of Indiana. Giorgio and Bettina Migliaccio opened Giorgio's in 1990, near Monument Circle. Elif Ozdemir and George Stergiopoulos are the current co-owners. In addition to New York-style pizza, the business serves calzones, pastas, salads, and sandwiches. Giorgio's has garnered a positive reception.

Circle Tower is a 14-story high rise at 55 Monument Circle in Indianapolis, Indiana, United States. The building is a contributing property of the Washington Street–Monument Circle Historic District, which was listed in the National Register of Historic Places in 1997. The building was designed by Rubush & Hunter and is an example of Art Deco architecture. The building features ziggurat-like upper floors to circumvent a 108 ft (33 m) height restriction which was set by the city planners. Another design element is the use of Egyptian motifs and artwork.

Fletcher Trust Building, officially known as the Hilton Garden Inn Indianapolis Downtown, is a hotel high-rise in Indianapolis, Indiana. The building rises 16 floors and 218 feet (66 m) in height, and is currently the 22nd-tallest building in the city. The structure was completed in 1915. The Fletcher Trust Building currently is home to an Indianapolis branch of Hilton Garden Inn. Architect Electus D. Litchfield originally won the design competition for the building, but was later replaced by local architect Arthur Bohn of Vonnegut & Bohn, who supervised design and construction work for the Chicago firm Holabird & Roche. The building served as an office tower from its 1916 completion until 1992, when the structure was vacated by its last commercial tenant, Bank One. The Fletcher Trust Building then underwent a renovation into a hotel in 1996 and reopened as the Ramada Waterbury Indianapolis Hotel in late 1996. The structure was renovated again in 2003 and subsequently reopened as a 188-room Hilton Garden Inn hotel. According to the Indianapolis Business Journal, the Hilton Garden Inn Indianapolis Downtown has 100 full-time employees and was last renovated in 2018. As of 2020, one dining option was located in the hotel, including the Garden Grille & Bar.

The Hilbert Circle Theatre, originally called the Circle Theatre, is in Indianapolis, Indiana, on Monument Circle in the Washington Street-Monument Circle Historic District. It was originally built in 1916 as a "deluxe movie palace" and now is the home of the Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra.: 2–3 The theatre was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1980.

Majestic Building, also known as the Indiana Farm Bureau Co-op Building, is a historic commercial building located at Indianapolis, Indiana. It was built in 1895–1896, and is a large ten-story, U-shaped, brick and limestone building. It features semi-circular and voussoir arched openings.: 2–5 Citizens Gas & Coke Utility leased four floors for its headquarters until 1956.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1980.

Marott's Shoes Building is a historic commercial building located at Indianapolis, Indiana. It was built in 1899–1900, and is a seven-story, four-bay, rectangular, Tudor Revival style building faced in white terra cotta. It has large Chicago style window openings on the upper floors. It features Tudor arched windows on the top floor and a crenellated parapet. It is located next to the Lombard Building.: 2–3 It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1983. It is located in the Washington Street-Monument Circle Historic District.
