Farmers Security Bank

Third St. Joseph County Courthouse is a historic courthouse located at South Bend, St. Joseph County, Indiana. It was designed by architecture firm Shepley, Rutan and Coolidge and built in 1897. It is a 2+1⁄2-story, Classical Revival style stone and granite building. It features a large dome at the cross-axis of the gable roof, a paired column portico, and center pavilion and clock in the tympanum of the pediment.: 42–43 It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1985. It is located in the West Washington Historic District.

Robert A. Grant Federal Building and U.S. Courthouse, also known as the Federal Building, is a historic post office and courthouse building located at South Bend, St. Joseph County, Indiana. It was designed by architect Austin and Shambleau and built in 1932–1933. It is a four-story, Art Deco / Art Moderne style building faced with Indiana limestone and Vermont granite. It housed a post office until 1973.

The County-City Building is a high-rise in downtown South Bend, Indiana. It houses the offices of the County Health Department, Council, and Board of Commissioners, as well as the South Bend Mayor’s Office, City Clerk’s Office, and City Council chambers.

The Tower Building is a historic skyscraper in South Bend, Indiana, United States. The Tower Building is located at 216 West Washington Street, diagonally from the current St. Joseph County Courthouse, and beside the Old Courthouse (Second St. Joseph County Courthouse). Designed by architects Austin & Shambleau, it was built in 1929. The Tower Building was originally to be built in two halves; but the western half was never built. The eastern half was completed during the Wall Street Crash of 1929.: 60 It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1985 and is located in the West Washington Historic District.The building today houses local businesses, such as Hebard & Hebard Architects, Inc., and Cullar & Associates, PC, CPAs.

Citizens Bank is a historic bank building located at South Bend, St. Joseph County, Indiana. It was built in 1913, and is a six-story, three-bay, Commercial style brick building with a terra cotta front facade. A rear addition was constructed in 1923. At the central entrance bay is a front portico supported by Ionic order columns.: 25–26 It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1985.

Knights of Pythias Lodge is a historic Knights of Pythias building located at South Bend, St. Joseph County, Indiana. It was built in 1922, and is a seven-story, Commercial style brick building with terra cotta. The building features applied Classical Revival style design elements.: 27 It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1985.

The J. M. S. Building is a historic office building located at 108 North Main Street, South Bend, St. Joseph County, Indiana.

The Liberty Tower is a 25-story skyscraper in downtown South Bend, Indiana. Completed in 1970, its anchor tenant is now an Aloft Hotel.

The First Presbyterian Church at 101 S. Lafayette in South Bend, Indiana is a former Presbyterian church building of First Presbyterian Church. It was built in 1888 and is a Richardsonian Romanesque style building constructed of fieldstonewith limestone trim. It has a cross-gable roof and features arched entrances, a massive Palladian window of stained glass, and a corner bell tower.: 33 It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1985 as Former First Presbyterian Church.The congregation of First Presbyterian Church is currently located at 333 W. Colfax Ave in downtown South Bend. The current church was completed in 1952.

All American Bank Building is a historic bank building located at South Bend, St. Joseph County, Indiana. It was built in 1924, and is a four-story, Classical Revival style Indiana limestone building. It was designed by Chicago architects Vitzthum & Burns. The first floor has large round-arched openings, above which are Corinthian order pilasters that separate a continuous series of windows. The All American Bank occupied the building until 1970.: 60 It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1985.

Downtown South Bend is the central business district of South Bend, Indiana. Blackstone-State Theater is a historic theatre building located at South Bend, St. Joseph County, Indiana. It was built in 1919, and is a four-story, Classical Revival style brick and terra cotta building. The first floor has four storefronts and the theatre entrance. The upper floors form a loggia that rises to the fourth floor and supported by four pairs of fluted columns. The theater originally sat 2,500 patrons.: 57 The theater was closed between 1977 and 1994, and it closed again in 2016.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1985.
