Citizens Bank (South Bend, Indiana)

Robert A. Grant Federal Building and U.S. Courthouse, also known as the Federal Building, is a historic post office and courthouse building located at South Bend, St. Joseph County, Indiana. It was designed by architect Austin and Shambleau and built in 1932–1933. It is a four-story, Art Deco / Art Moderne style building faced with Indiana limestone and Vermont granite. It housed a post office until 1973.

Blackstone-State Theater is a historic theatre building located at South Bend, St. Joseph County, Indiana. It was built in 1919, and is a four-story, Classical Revival style brick and terra cotta building. The first floor has four storefronts and the theatre entrance. The upper floors form a loggia that rises to the fourth floor and supported by four pairs of fluted columns. The theater originally sat 2,500 patrons.: 57 The theater was closed between 1977 and 1994, and it closed again in 2016.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1985.

Farmers Security Bank, also known as the First Bank Building, is a historic bank building located at South Bend, St. Joseph County, Indiana. It was built in 1915, and is a six-story, Commercial style dark brown brick building with terra cotta trim. It has a two-story rectangular plan, which forms an "H" on the four upper stories.: 25–26 It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1985. It is located in the West Washington Historic District.

It is a 2+1⁄2-story, Classical Revival style stone and granite building. It features a large dome at the cross-axis of the gable roof, a paired column portico, and center pavilion and clock in the tympanum of the pediment.: 42–43 It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1985. It is located in the West Washington Historic District.

It was built in 1924, and is a four-story, Classical Revival style Indiana limestone building. It was designed by Chicago architects Vitzthum & Burns. The first floor has large round-arched openings, above which are Corinthian order pilasters that separate a continuous series of windows. The All American Bank occupied the building until 1970.: 60 It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1985.

The County-City Building is a high-rise in downtown South Bend, Indiana. It houses the offices of the County Health Department, Council, and Board of Commissioners, as well as the South Bend Mayor’s Office, City Clerk’s Office, and City Council chambers.

Knights of Pythias Lodge is a historic Knights of Pythias building located at South Bend, St. Joseph County, Indiana. It was built in 1922, and is a seven-story, Commercial style brick building with terra cotta. The building features applied Classical Revival style design elements.: 27 It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1985.

The Tower Building is a historic skyscraper in South Bend, Indiana, United States. The Tower Building is located at 216 West Washington Street, diagonally from the current St. Joseph County Courthouse, and beside the Old Courthouse (Second St. Joseph County Courthouse). Designed by architects Austin & Shambleau, it was built in 1929. The Tower Building was originally to be built in two halves; but the western half was never built. The eastern half was completed during the Wall Street Crash of 1929.: 60 It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1985 and is located in the West Washington Historic District.The building today houses local businesses, such as Hebard & Hebard Architects, Inc., and Cullar & Associates, PC, CPAs.

The Liberty Tower is a 25-story skyscraper in downtown South Bend, Indiana. Completed in 1970, its anchor tenant is now an Aloft Hotel.
