Benbrook Middle-High School

Benbrook Field (Camp Taliaferro Field #3) is a former World War I military airfield, located 0.5 miles (0.80 km) North of Benbrook, Texas. It operated as a training field for the Air Service, United States Army between 1917 until 1919. It was one of thirty-two Air Service training camps established after the United States entry into World War I in April 1917.After the United States' entry into World War I in April 1917, General John J. "Blackjack" Pershing invited the British Royal Flying Corps to establish training fields in Texas for the training of American and Canadian volunteers because of its mild weather. After looking at sites in Dallas, Fort Worth, Waco, Austin, Wichita Falls and Midland, three sites were established in 1917 in the Fort Worth vicinity (known as the "Flying Triangle."), those being Hicks Field (#1), Barron Field (#2), and Benbrook Field (#3). Canadians named the training complex Camp Taliaferro after Walter Taliaferro, a US aviator who had been killed in an accident. Camp Taliaferro was headquartered under the direction of the Air Service, United States Army, which had an administration center near what is now the Will Rogers Memorial Center in Fort Worth, Texas.

As of the 2010 United States census, the population was 21,234, reflecting an increase of 1,026 from the 20,208 counted in the 2000 census, which had in turn increased by 644 from the 19,564 counted in the 1990 census.

Benbrook Lake (also known as Benbrook Reservoir) is a reservoir on the Clear Fork of the Trinity River in Tarrant County, Texas, USA. The lake is located approximately 10 miles (16 km) southwest of the center of Fort Worth, where the Clear Fork and the West Fork of the Trinity River join. The lake is impounded by the Benbrook Dam. The lake and dam are owned and operated by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Fort Worth District.

The school, which serves grades 9 through 12, is a part of the Fort Worth Independent School District (FWISD).

The Ridglea Theater is a single-screen theater located in Fort Worth, Texas, USA, which opened in December 1950. Its primary owner was the Interstate theater chain, and the first movie shown was Pretty Baby. The theater is well known for its Mission/Spanish Revival facade and 70-foot stone tower. In 1990, a Dallas-based investment company acquired the theater for 1.85 million dollars, and the Maulsby trust purchased the building in 1991. The theater is currently going through a multimillion-dollar renovation. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places on December 30, 2011.

Covenant Classical School is a classical Christian school in Fort Worth, Texas. It offers education for K–12 and aims to "train students to live and think according to a biblical, Christ-centered worldview." It was founded in 1999, and is accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools. As of 2021, it had 433 students.The Covenant Classical Cavaliers compete in the Texas Association of Private and Parochial Schools as a 2A school. The six-man football team won the Division III state title in 2021.

Ridgmar Mall is an enclosed shopping mall in Fort Worth, Texas. It opened in 1976 at 1888 Green Oaks Road and Interstate 30. It is owned by GK Development, Inc., includes four anchor stores: Dillard's Clearance Center, JCPenney, Rave Cinemas and Right Move Storage with two vacant anchors last occupied by Sears, and Neiman Marcus. It was recognized as the main shopping destination in Fort Worth, also serving other rural areas within proximity to Fort Worth.

The Fort Worth Academy of Fine Arts (FWAFA) is a fine arts public arts charter school in Fort Worth, Texas, founded in 2001 by the Texas Boys Choir, Inc. The school serves grades 3 through 12 and emphasizes the arts. Its programs include dance, choral music, theater, and visual arts. It is also the home of the Texas Boys Choir.It has been the starting ground for many successful artists including those that have been seen on Broadway, as well as the silver screen. However, it is not only for the arts, but also has an exemplary educational program. Students have been accepted into higher education institutions across the United States in not only fine arts majors but other academic majors. The school features an intensive academic curriculum. High school teachers encourage the student body to participate in AP classes and testing and academic activities such as UIL and National Honors Society, alongside their arts activities. Some notable academic classes include AP Language and Composition, AP Literature and Composition, AP Biology, AP US History, AP Spanish, and AP World History.
