Benbrook is a town located in the southwestern corner of Tarrant County, Texas, United States, and a suburb of Fort Worth. As of the 2010 United States census, the population was 21,234, reflecting an increase of 1,026 from the 20,208 counted in the 2000 census, which had in turn increased by 644 from the 19,564 counted in the 1990 census.

Benbrook Middle-High School (BMHS) is a combined middle and high school in Benbrook, Texas, in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. It is within the Fort Worth Independent School District. It is southeast of Westpark Elementary School and situated in a 175,600-square-foot (16,310 m2) building on a 31-acre (13 ha) plot of land.

Benbrook Lake (also known as Benbrook Reservoir) is a reservoir on the Clear Fork of the Trinity River in Tarrant County, Texas, USA. The lake is located approximately 10 miles (16 km) southwest of the center of Fort Worth, where the Clear Fork and the West Fork of the Trinity River join. The lake is impounded by the Benbrook Dam. The lake and dam are owned and operated by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Fort Worth District.

Fort Worth Independent School District is a school district based in Fort Worth, Texas, United States. Based on a 2017-18 enrollment of 86,234 students, it is the fifth largest school district in Texas. Fort Worth ISD serves most of the city of Fort Worth, and the cities of Benbrook, Westover Hills, and Westworth Village. The district also covers portions of Arlington, Edgecliff Village, Forest Hill, Haltom City, Kennedale, Sansom Park, White Settlement, and unincorporated portions of Tarrant County. In 2010, the district unveiled one of the largest, most comprehensive redesigns of secondary education in the nation with its Gold Seal Programs of Choice and Gold Seal Schools of Choice. Each of its 13 high schools introduced curricula focused on college and career pathways. As part of the Gold Seal plan, the district has also opened a single-gender school for girls, the Young Women's Leadership Academy; a single-gender school for boys, the Young Men's Leadership Academy Paul Laurence Dunbar Young Men's Leadership Academy; an early college high school, Marine Creek Collegiate High School; and an early college medical high school, the Texas Academy of Biomedical Sciences. In 2018, the school district was given an overall grade of "C" by the Texas Education Agency.

Hulen Mall is a diverse-scale shopping mall located in southwest Fort Worth, Texas, United States. Located at the southwest corner of Interstate 20 and Hulen Street, it is in the southwest side of the DFW Metroplex. The mall is anchored by two major department stores and contains 118 specialty shops and stores.

Wedgwood is a neighborhood in Fort Worth, Texas (USA), located on the southwest part of the city. It is bounded by Granbury Rd on the northwest, Altamesa Blvd on the south, McCart Ave & Westcreek Dr on the east, and Interstate 20 on the north. Most of the streets in Wedgwood begin with a "W", such as Wedgmont, Wrigley and Winifred. Few of the streets have sidewalks. Houses in Wedgwood are usually all brick with attached garages, and have ranch-style design. Fort Worth residents know Wedgwood as "being near Hulen Mall". Newer houses are located near Candleridge Park. Another park, Le Blanc Park, features tennis courts, soccer fields and a basketball court. The Candleridge community is a middle class area where the houses were built from 1975 to 1981. The nearby man-made lake sets a relaxing mood; most homes price anywhere from $122-400,000.

Clearfork is a mixed-use development on 470 acres (1,900,000 m2) in Fort Worth, Texas, part of the larger Edwards Ranch development. Clearfork consists of over 1,000,000 sq ft (92,903 m2) across eight structures.

The Fort Worth Academy of Fine Arts (FWAFA) is a fine arts public arts charter school in Fort Worth, Texas, founded in 2001 by the Texas Boys Choir, Inc. The school serves grades 3 through 12 and emphasizes the arts. Its programs include dance, choral music, theater, and visual arts. It is also the home of the Texas Boys Choir.It has been the starting ground for many successful artists including those that have been seen on Broadway, as well as the silver screen. However, it is not only for the arts, but also has an exemplary educational program. Students have been accepted into higher education institutions across the United States in not only fine arts majors but other academic majors. The school features an intensive academic curriculum. High school teachers encourage the student body to participate in AP classes and testing and academic activities such as UIL and National Honors Society, alongside their arts activities. Some notable academic classes include AP Language and Composition, AP Literature and Composition, AP Biology, AP US History, AP Spanish, and AP World History.
