Hulen Mall is a diverse-scale shopping mall located in southwest Fort Worth, Texas, United States. Located at the southwest corner of Interstate 20 and Hulen Street, it is in the southwest side of the DFW Metroplex. Benbrook Field (Camp Taliaferro Field #3) is a former World War I military airfield, located 0.5 miles (0.80 km) North of Benbrook, Texas. It operated as a training field for the Air Service, United States Army between 1917 until 1919. It was one of thirty-two Air Service training camps established after the United States entry into World War I in April 1917.After the United States' entry into World War I in April 1917, General John J. "Blackjack" Pershing invited the British Royal Flying Corps to establish training fields in Texas for the training of American and Canadian volunteers because of its mild weather. After looking at sites in Dallas, Fort Worth, Waco, Austin, Wichita Falls and Midland, three sites were established in 1917 in the Fort Worth vicinity (known as the "Flying Triangle."), those being Hicks Field (#1), Barron Field (#2), and Benbrook Field (#3). Canadians named the training complex Camp Taliaferro after Walter Taliaferro, a US aviator who had been killed in an accident. Camp Taliaferro was headquartered under the direction of the Air Service, United States Army, which had an administration center near what is now the Will Rogers Memorial Center in Fort Worth, Texas.

Benbrook is a town located in the southwestern corner of Tarrant County, Texas, United States, and a suburb of Fort Worth. As of the 2010 United States census, the population was 21,234, reflecting an increase of 1,026 from the 20,208 counted in the 2000 census, which had in turn increased by 644 from the 19,564 counted in the 1990 census.

Benbrook Lake (also known as Benbrook Reservoir) is a reservoir on the Clear Fork of the Trinity River in Tarrant County, Texas, USA. The lake is located approximately 10 miles (16 km) southwest of the center of Fort Worth, where the Clear Fork and the West Fork of the Trinity River join. The lake is impounded by the Benbrook Dam. The lake and dam are owned and operated by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Fort Worth District.

On September 15, 1999, a mass shooting occurred at Wedgwood Baptist Church in Fort Worth, Texas. 47-year-old Larry Gene Ashbrook entered during a See You at the Pole Rally featuring a concert by the Christian rock group Forty Days, where he killed seven people and wounded eight others before committing suicide.

The school has an enrollment of about 1,288 with a teaching staff of about 85. Southwest is classified as a 5A school in the state of Texas.

The Fort Worth Academy of Fine Arts (FWAFA) is a fine arts public arts charter school in Fort Worth, Texas, founded in 2001 by the Texas Boys Choir, Inc. The school serves grades 3 through 12 and emphasizes the arts. Its programs include dance, choral music, theater, and visual arts. It is also the home of the Texas Boys Choir.It has been the starting ground for many successful artists including those that have been seen on Broadway, as well as the silver screen. However, it is not only for the arts, but also has an exemplary educational program. Students have been accepted into higher education institutions across the United States in not only fine arts majors but other academic majors. The school features an intensive academic curriculum. High school teachers encourage the student body to participate in AP classes and testing and academic activities such as UIL and National Honors Society, alongside their arts activities. Some notable academic classes include AP Language and Composition, AP Literature and Composition, AP Biology, AP US History, AP Spanish, and AP World History.

North Crowley High School is a public high school in Fort Worth, Texas. It administers grades 9-12 and is part of the Crowley Independent School District. The school's colors are royal blue and silver. The school's mascot is the Panther. The school is often colloquially referred to by its nickname, "NoCro," a short form of the full school name. The North Crowley Men's basketball team were Texas 5A State Champions in 2008. In 2003, they were Texas 4A Football State Champions.
