Edgecomb is a town in Lincoln County, Maine, United States. The population was 1,188 at the 2020 census. It includes the neighborhoods of East Edgecomb, North Edgecomb, and Pools Landing. The town was named for George Edgcumbe, 1st Earl of Mount Edgcumbe, a supporter of the colonists. Fort Edgecomb is a Maine State Historic Site.

The John Moore House is a historic house on Cross Point Road in Edgecomb, Maine. With elements dating to the early 1740s, it is one of the oldest surviving structures in Mid Coast Maine. The connected farmstead includes a barn that was built before 1850. The property was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1979.

The Congregational Church of Edgecomb, now the Edgecomb Community Church, is a historic church at 15 Cross Point Road in North Edgecomb, Maine. Built in 1877, it is the rural community's finest example of 19th-century religious architecture, and was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1987. The congregation, established about 1783, is affiliated with the United Church of Christ; the pastor is the Rev. Katherine E. Pinkham.

The Cross River is a 5.0-mile-long (8.0 km) tidal river in Maine. It is a tributary of the Sheepscot River. The Cross River begins in the town of Boothbay and runs north. Turning west, it becomes the boundary between Boothbay and Edgecomb and continues to the Sheepscot River, at the three-way town boundary intersection between Boothbay, Edgecomb, and Westport.

Fort Edgecomb, built in 1808–1809, is a two-story octagonal wooden blockhouse with restored fortifications located on Davis Island in the town of Edgecomb, Lincoln County, Maine, United States. It is the centerpiece of the Fort Edgecomb State Historic Site. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1969, with its boundaries increased to create a historic district in 1991.

Maine Yankee Nuclear Power Plant was a nuclear power plant built at an 820-acre site on Bailey Peninsula of Wiscasset, Maine, in the United States. It operated from 1972 until 1996, when problems at the plant became too expensive to fix. It was decommissioned and dismantled between 1997 and 2005, though some of the plant's nuclear waste is still stored on site, pending final disposal.

The United States Customhouse and Post Office, also known as the Old Customhouse, is a historic federal government building at Fore and Water Streets in Wiscasset, Maine. It was designed by Alfred B. Mullett and built in 1869–1870 by William Hogan of Bath, Maine. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places on August 25, 1970. It has been a private residence since purchased by Entrepreneur Jack Nelson and his wife Stacy in October 2013.

The Josiah K. Parsons Homestead is a historic house overlooking Greenleaf Cove in Westport, Maine. Built in 1792 by a veteran of the American Revolutionary War, it is a well-preserved example of early Federal period architecture. The property also includes an early 19th-century trading post with original fixtures, and was used in the 20th century for pioneering research in the neurophysiology and communications capabilities of dolphins by John C. Lilly. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1982.

The Nickels-Sortwell House is a historic house museum at 121 Main Street in Wiscasset, Maine, United States. Built in 1807 by a wealthy ship's captain, the house was designated a National Historic Landmark in 1970 as an exceptionally high-quality example of the Federal style of architecture. After serving as a hotel for much of the 19th century, the house returned to private hands in 1900. It was given to Historic New England in 1958, which gives tours of the house between May and October.
