The Beacham Theatre is a cinema built in 1921 by Braxton Beacham Sr. in the city of Orlando, Florida. The current address of the theater is 46 North Orange Avenue, and it is located at the southwest corner of Orange Avenue and Washington Street. The building's current lack of impressive architecture is offset by its significant cultural history. The Beacham Theatre was considered an important contributing structure when the Downtown Orlando historic district was created in 1980 and the building was granted local landmark status in 1987.The Beacham was once part of the vaudeville circuit and hosted celebrity acts such as John Philip Sousa, the Ziegfeld Follies and W.C. Fields, whose signature was once visible inside a dressing room. In the eras of silent film and Classical Hollywood cinema, the Beacham was operated as a movie theater that used then-current state-of-the-art motion picture technology. The Beacham, as it is currently named, has since been used as a series of concert venues and nightclubs thus saving it from demolition. The Beacham Theatre was once home to the internationally recognized late-night underground discotheque Aahz, a notable early component of the US electronic dance music movement in the early 1990s.

The Orange County Regional History Center is a private non-profit history museum located in downtown Orlando, Florida, United States. Located in the historic Orange County Courthouse, the five-story museum consists of exhibits presenting local and regional history starting from 12,000 years ago.

The old Orange County Courthouse, located in Orlando, Florida, United States, serves as the home of the Historical Society of Central Florida and the Orange County Regional History Center. Constructed in 1927, the Courthouse stands in the vicinity of a number of previous judicial buildings. An earlier courthouse was built in 1892 and demolished in 1957. A Courthouse Annex was also constructed in 1960 which was demolished in 1998 because of asbestos.

The Orange County Library System (OCLS) is a public library system located in the Orlando area of Central Florida. Its headquarters are located in the Orlando Public Library in Downtown Orlando. The System is made up of 15 total locations, one main library (Orlando Public Library) and 14 branch locations. In 2020, the library system employed over 350 staff throughout the system, serving more than one million Orange County residents. The Orange County Library System is a 501(c)3 organization. The library system is led by its Chief Executive Officer Steve Powell and a five-member Library Board of Trustees.

Aspire Building, also known as the One Eleven Building, is a 31-story office and residential building overlooking Lake Eola in Orlando, Florida. The building was completed in 2008 at a cost of US$80 million and is owned by Lincoln Orlando Holdings.Construction of the tower was announced in 2004. Dynetech Corporation had planned to occupy part of the building upon its completion and secured the naming rights as marquee tenant. By 2009, Dynetech Corporation was in bankruptcy and the building was renamed as the Aspire Building / One Eleven Building in 2013.

The Plaza South Tower is a 20-story office building in downtown Orlando, Florida. The tower was completed in 2006 as part of a three building mixed-use complex known as "The Plaza." The other buildings include the Solaire at the Plaza, residential condominiums, and The Plaza North Tower. The building has been managed by Vesta Property Services since January 2009.

Premiere Trade Plaza Tower III is a 13-story office building in downtown Orlando, Florida. The building was completed in 2006 is part of a three building complex known as Premier Trade Plaza.In 2007, developer Cameron Khun announced that the presumptive anchor tenant had decided against buying 60,000 square feet of office condominium space in the plaza, thus not permitting them to retain the naming rights for the buildings. The naming rights for the plaza and the two office towers cost $300,000 per year.

The Tinker Building is a historic building in Orlando, Florida located at 16 and 18 West Pine Street. On July 17, 1980, it was added to the U.S. National Register of Historic Places.

St. James Cathedral is a parish church and the seat of the Bishop of the Catholic Diocese of Orlando, John Noonan. The cathedral's patron saint is James, son of Zebedee, one of the Twelve Apostles of Jesus, and traditionally considered the first apostle to be martyred. The scallop shell has long been the symbol associated with St. James, and the cathedral uses it as its primary symbol. The parish operates St. James Cathedral School on nearby Robinson Street which offers classes from pre-school through eighth grade.

Solaire at the Plaza is a residential tower in Downtown Orlando. The tower is directly above the Premier Trade Plaza. Both were built at exactly the same time and have similar design. The building, like much of the other towers, has a crown that is lit at night. The tower created a dense pocket of buildings in the area around Suntrust Center, and now is a major turning point in the skyline of Orlando. The tower is the seventh tallest building in Orlando as of 2010, standing at 359 feet and is 30 stories tall.

The St. George Antiochian Orthodox Church is an Antiochian Orthodox church across from Lake Eola, in Orlando, Florida. The church building was originally the First Church of Christ, Scientist. Originally built in 1927, the building was added to the National Register of Historic Places on June 3, 1980. The Church of Christ, Scientist congregation now holds services at 915 North Ferncreek.
